"3 matches down, 4 to go." Killua counts.
"And it looks like we're moving straight to the next since Sasuke's match is postponed last," Wendy said.
"Which is a relief." Gon then turns to shino, "That means you're next, shino, good luck."
"Thanks...." Shino replies with hands in pockets.
"Well then... the next match is Shino Aburame vs Kankuro." Genma announces, "Both participants come down!"
Kankuro sweats a little and thinks, "My match doesn't matter now.... besides, I don't want to reveal the mechanisms of Crow to the enemy before the plan begins." He glances at temari, who nods in approval. Kankuro states out to Genma, "Proctor! I withdraw!"
"Huh?!" Naruto, Gon, Wendy and Shikamaru exclaim with surprise.
"Already?!" Killua thought, finding that suspicious.
"What?!" Genma thought in surprise too, while shino only glares at his opponent.
"I withdraw so please... move on to the next match." Kankuro repeats.
"BOO!!!" The crowd all around complains at his withdraw.
Genma sighs and announces, "Shino aburame wins by default due to kankuro's withdraw." Which makes the crowd boo even more.
"I don't know what that was for, but..." Yoshino murmurs, knowing she's next and proceeds to the stairs.
"We'll move on to the next match, Yoshino, Wendy Marvell, please come down!" Genma announces.
"Okay... I'm up!" Wendy nods in confidents.
"Good luck!" Naruto and Gon both state.
"Take her down like before in the second exam." Killua smirks.
"Definitely." Wendy replies before heading down.
In the audience, "It's wendy's turn now." Sakura said.
"She said she beat that yoshino girl before. Now their fighting again." Carla said, "Be careful, wendy."
"Then this a rematch." Ino said, "Yoshino's sure to have some new tricks about now."
"We'll see..." Carla said, hoping the sky maiden wins.
In the arena, the girls face each other and look ready to go.
"It won't go like it did in the second exam." Yoshino said, smirking a little, "I've figured out some of your techniques now, so I planned accordingly.
"So have I." Wendy gets ready, "Because of that, I'll be taking this match."
Yoshino gets ready to, "Not on my watch."
"All right... you may begin." Genma steps back.
"Here I go!" Wendy puts out her arms and makes enchanted circles, "Arms, Vernier... Enchant!" She raises her magic aura and surrounding wind, "Sky Dragon: Wing attack!"
Yoshino backflips and dodges the wind currents.
"She dodged it?!" Wendy's surprised.
In the air, "Ninja Art: Pedal dance!" Purple flower hurricane surround her and aims at wendy, catching her, "Aah!"
"Wendy!" Carla exclaims, stunned.
"Purple flowered hurricane!" Sakura exclaims, finding that new.
"That's surprising." Ino said.
"A flower based jutsu, huh." Shikamaru said.
"She has them spinning like a hurricane." Gon said.
Wendy blows out of the flowered hurricane, disabling them.
