"Heh, that last match kinda got me fired up." Temari admits, "Facing a fellow wind user would indeed be fun." She glances at Wendy before pulling out her fan, creates a small whirlwind before hopping on top and flying down to the arena.
"Okay, now that was pretty cool." Gon admits after seeing Temari land.
"I guess so." Killua kinda admits.
"And you are?" Genma asks.
"It's my turn right?" Temari smirks, fan in hand.
"Well, Someone's raring to fight." Genma then calls, "Okay, Shikamaru Nara, time to cone down!"
"Oh man, it was great not being called till it lasted." Shikamaru sighs, lazily
"Good luck, shikamaru, give it all you got." Wendy said.
"Hold on..." Shikamaru sweats a little, "what's the rush? I'm always shafted in the match schedule... I might as well-"
"Oh come on." Gon grins teasingly, "Get down there and win it."
"But..." Shikamaru hesitates.
"Quit yapping and get'em shikamaru!!" Naruto pushes him over the rail.
"WAAH!" Shikamaru falls hard into the arena, "Ugh... naruto, you idiot."
"That was uncalled for." Killua sighs at naruto, shaking his head.
"Was that really necessary?" Wendy sweat-drops.
"Yep, all needed was a little push." Naruto laughs.
"Seeing how unmotivated he was, I agree." Gon grins.
"Right?" Naruto nods dramatically.
The crowd boos at this matchup, uninterested, especially at shikamaru's lack of motivation.
"Sigh... all of them are interested in sasuke's match. On top of that, I'm fighting a girl... again. There's no point in fighting." Shikamaru sighs, "You all are annoying.
"You gonna give up too?" Temari asks, smirking.
"He has no ounce of competitiveness once so ever." Killua shakes his head.
"Is he gonna be okay?" Wendy wonders, sweat-drops.
"Come on shikamaru, get your head in the game!" Gon exclaims.
"Time to get up and fight!!" Naruto adds to that.
"If you won't go first then I will!!" Temari dashes at Shikamaru, who's still lying on the ground.
"Hey, I haven't started the match yet!" Genma reminds.
"Sheesh, she really wants to have at it." Shikamaru gets lit two kunai's and dodges an attack from her fan.
"!!" The others look closer at the smoke.
Shikamaru on is the ceiling, standing on two of his kunai's, looking down at temari, "I could care less about becoming a chunin, but I won't lose to a girl... so I'm in!"
"That's more like it!" Gon exclaims.
"Hmph!" Temari blows her large fan again to attack, which he dodges again. She looks around and smirks a little, "He's pretty quick I'll give him that..."
"It's not like a boy can roughly beat down a girl either..." Shikamaru sighs, hiding in the trees.
In the audience, "Yeah! Knock her down with a 16 hit combo, Shikamaru!!!" Ino cheers enthusiastically.
"You're suddenly full of energy..." Carla sweat-drops.
"This seat taken?" Choji appears, with bags of chips.
