𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈(Mariano Castano)

It's been one week since I started training. I was still worried about the day I saw Matthias look alike at the location we were at a week ago...
I was currently on my way to the gym to meet up with my trainer. I got distracted along the way, hearing Mr.Castano's voice across the hall.

"Give me one more day. We'll be there by then" I heard him drop his phone in anger. I quickly make my way down to the gym before he does. "Sarai you're five minutes early!" My trainer says in excitement as I enter the gym. "So let's get started then. get these fitness gloves on and we'll start". I put on boxing gloves before I get into the ring. "Alvarez! A word please". He's going to tell him, I looked at the expression my trainer was making. He seems confused, I look away before the two noticed that I was staring.

"Sarai let's get to work!" The trainer walks back  and begins the training session. "You'll be fighting her" The trainer turns around and shows me this one girl walking towards the ring. She was really pretty she had black wavy hair and dark brown eyes, she was also about the same height as me. "Hi, I'm Monica" she gives me a handshake. "Sarai" I whispered. "Ok let's start". Monica began to circle around me. I start to throw some punches towards her face she dodged a couple of them except on the last punch I hit her on the side of her chest which caused her to lean towards the pain.

I pulled an uppercut in between then I pulled her by the arm to get her to the ground instead I ended up being on the ground with a knife by my neck. "Sarai, what's going on? You've been off for the past three days" He noticed, Oh, fuck. "What do you mean? Nothing's wrong with me. I'm perfectly fine". "Monica you stay there. Sarai come with me".

I follow my trainer to the entrance of the gym. "Sarai you better tell me what's going on. This is not like you" He slightly yells. "I saw Matthias. Well, I'm not sure if it was actually him. It... It looked just like him" I stuttered in fear. "When did you see him? Maybe it was just an imagination". "No, it was not my imagination. I saw him the first day I got here at the shooting range. I asked someone where we were and when the guy looked at me it looked just like him". "Maybe it's just in your head. Take a nap after training alright?". I ignored what he said. I know what I saw I'm not crazy.

𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒆 𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒚𝒎...

Sarai was currently on her mile run. Her trainer decided let Mr.Castano know what Sarah just had told him. He walks into his office. His nephew was currently in the room with him having a small conversation.

"Sorry to interrupt sir, but I have something to tell you. It's about Sarai". The two Castano's stop talking and face their employee. "What's going on Alvarez?" Said the oldest Castano. "Sarai's going crazy again, she believes she saw Matthias". His nephew gets up and stands in front of Alvarez. He grabs him by his arms in an angry manner. "She's not crazy she's telling the truth, now where is she?". "She just went out on a run sir" Julio blurts out.

I was still on my mile run. My head was pounding like crazy. I don't get it, why doesn't my trainer believe me. I kept my eye out for Matthias making sure I don't see him again. I wasn't focused on where I was going I hit someone else's shoulder. "Sorry" I take a quick glance at the person. It was that same guy I saw at the shooting range. I take another look one last time, it looked like Matthias. He had the same eye color, same hairstyle, same body figure... Everything looked the same.

I quickly run away from the person behind me. It felt like he was chasing after me, I looked behind me to see if he was... He was chasing after me. I tried to think of taking another route so I could get away from his sight, I luckily made it into the building. "Lock the doors! lock the doors!" I panicked. Everyone looked at me weirdly, I felt scared without Mariano. I need him to help me calm down.

Anyways, I made my way to the nearest bathroom and locked it. I immediately dialed Mariano's number. I know I wasn't supposed to have my phone,  It's the number one rule here, No phones.

The phone rang and rang, just when it stopped I began to talk. "I'm scared, Matthias is here" I sobbed. I was crying in a corner of the bathroom in fear. "Hey, you know I'll take care of you, alright. I just need to know, where are you?" I heard my boyfriend talk on the other side of the phone. "Bathroom near the main entrance. I need you to tell your uncle please. Nobody here believes me". "Just stay in there, I'll meet you there soon". I felt my heart drop hearing his voice I haven't heard his voice since the day I left.

I had the idea of going through the vents to find Mariano's uncle. I was currently standing on the toilet seat trying to unscrew the vents with a bobby pin I had in my hair. "This better work" I whispered. It took me a while, but I finally unscrewed the vent. I silently let it hit the wall. I tried my best to climb into the vent, I crawled around the tight grey spaces, I couldn't see anything but pure darkness. "Come out bitch I know you're here" I heard him yell across the hall. The alarms were blasting insanely loud I don't know how I still heard him.

I looked down into the open-air vents. I see my trainer Alvarez and Monica in the closet with a little boy, at least they were safe. I continued my way down into the building looking for Mariano's Uncle. I finally make my way out and I take the elevator closest to me. I go up to my room to try to contact Mariano again.

Once I made it inside I grabbed my phone out and I dial his number. "Are you ok? Are you still in the bathroom?" He asked me in his calm soft voice. "I'm in my room now. I don't have anything with me, not even a gun" I whispered. "How did you get there? I told you to stay in the bathroom. You know what, stay on the line with me I'll be there in five minutes".
