"Mm..." Xiao Ai had awoken in a strange place, much to her surprise it was fancy and nice. No television or anything so she'd imagined they'd locked her up but as she walked towards the door it opened slightly as she peeked out through the small cracks.

"?" Xiao Ai confused walked out to find her self face to face with Delancy's thighs, she stepped back and glared at the woman. Delancy simply smiled as her eye twitched in irritation.

Stephen walked in towel in hand as he walked up to Xiao Ai and tried to place it over her head but she simply stepped back and glared.

"Kiddo, glaring won't get you anywhere, We haven't done anything to harm you, have we?" Delancy beamed kindly at her, Xiao Ai reminisced the time Delancy sent her minions to fruit her and raised her eyebrow in question.

"?"

"Hah...Delancy--I mean, your magnificent grace, please do not forget you almost tried to fruit her, don't say things without thought," Stephen sighed in frustration and annoyance, for a butler he was very honest with his emotions and his expressions which made him all the most to keep him by delancy's side.

"You really are looking for a place on my walls aren't you?" She spoke pointing at the animal heads on the walls hung up like decorations.

"Milady, it would be an honor to be up there," he smiled, [that way I wouldn't have to deal with YOU.] He beamed at her with all his might as she braced herself from the bright light he emitted.

"Ugh geez... even killing and hanging your head on a castle would be a blessing for you...tch." Delancy replied tartly clicking her tongue, Xiao Ai simply stared as if in a daze and nodded covering herself in blankets again.

"I just want to return to my original body." Xiao Ai mumbled loud enough for Delancy to hear and for Stephen to flinch in surprise. Delancy was confused, "Kiddo, are you perhaps...a demon from the empty void?" She blinked several times and to Xiao Ai's dismay she was always very superstitious.

"What? Is this somewhat 3,000 years in the future or something?"

"No. This is the year 4256 of the Imperial Archmage, as of now the rulers consist of archmages as per was said by the last heir that contained the power of Astor and was able to wield it," delancy blabbered while giving it some thought.

Stephen walked up with hefty footsteps that made him sound weightless, almost like, [an assassin] Xiao Ai had her guard up in case he tried anything, but it wasn't like she even valued her life. So this was merely nothing, Stephen was surprised.

[it seems we overestimated her but, why does she have the gaze of a beast? She sort of resembles the archduchess.] He brushed it off with a tiring bright smile by saying, "where are you from, young lady?"

"Grrr!" Delancy grumbled walking out the door stomping her feet, [they look like a couple. Are they married or something?] Xiao Ai tilted her head and went back to sleep ignoring Stephen's kind remarks.
