After saying goodbye to Luna I went to The Great Hall and found The trio already sitting down at the tables as I joined them
"(Y/n), what took so long" Ron asked
"Made a new friend" I simply said as I sat down
"Better than us?" Seamus cooed as he made a pouting face
"I'm not about to patronize my friends Finigan" I said until I got an idea
"Although I do have a Top 10" I lied to him
"Am I in the Top 10" Seamus asked
"Eh. . ." I replied
"HOW DARE YOU NOT PUT-"
"Welcome, Welcome to another year at Hogwarts" Dumbledores Voice soon boomed throughout The Great Hall
"Now, I'd like to say a few words before we all become too befuddled by our excellent Feast, First I'm pleased to Welcome Professor RJ Lupin who's kindly consented to fill the post of Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher Good Luck professor" he stated as we clapped for our new professor
"Scamander, Scamander!" I heard Draco whisper yell as I turned my head
"Is it true you fainted?, You actually Fainted!?" He whispered as he faked mocked as his Posse snickered
"No I took a nap, while the dementor read me a bed time story, Malfoy" I said sarcastically said as I turned back to the headmaster, I actually knew Draco was actually worried but he hid it to keep up his reputation
"In other news our Care of Magical Creatures has decided to retire as he wished to keep all his limbs. Fortunately I'm delighted to announce that his place is being taken by none other than our Rubeus Hagrid"
We then Cheered for Hagrid as he wanted this position for awhile
"Finally on a more descriptive note at the request of the Ministry of Magic, Hogwarts will until further notice play host to the Dementors of Azkaban until such a time Sirius Black is captured. The Dementors will be stationed at every entrance to the grounds"
The Hall began to murmur as the idea of Dementors being a lake away from us is a creepy thought
"Now whislt I've been assured that their presence will not disrupt our day-to-day activities a word of caution, Dementors are vicious creatures they will not distinguish between the one they hunt and the one who gets in their way. Therefore I must warn each and every one of you to give them no reason to harm you as they are even capable of seeing you through Invisibility as well"
I'm guessing the invisibility statement was directed towards Harry as a Warning to stay away no matter what
"But you know Happiness can be found even at the darkest times...... while you remember to turn on the light"

After the Feast all of the Houses were soon eager to go back to their Dormitories
We soon walked towards The Fat Lady portrait as Seamus was trying to get in But The Fat lady wanted us to hear her sing
"She wont listen" he stated as he walked back towards Dean
"Let me try something" I said as I walked towards the portrait
She then started to sing louder but it sounded more like shrills as she broke her cup making it seem that her voice broke it
"Amazing, Just like my Voice" she praised herself
"Yes Dear a very amazing act, I always knew you were one of The Paintings that sound so wonderful when they sing, but can we go in now, Please?" I said in a calm approaching voice
