As Ashtem lead Shu to Blue Eye, silence was all over them. Not a single one had dared to say a thing.
'We're here. Remember, just seven words, then you're out of here for good, don't come back.' Ashtem reminded.
Shu squinted his eyes as a response.
As Shu stepped in, he saw Blue Eye.
'Not you again, I told you, I'm not coming back!' Blue Eye exclaimed. 'Would you do him a favour and let him speak out seven words?' Ashtem confronted Valt. He nodded then stared at Shu, waiting.
Shu smiled and blinked, before beginning to say his seven words.
'Thanks, for not...giving up.'
Silence.
'Goodbye, Valt!' Shu said, his voice breaking.
Shu turned and raised his hand to wave. That was the last Blue Eye ever saw of him, the last time Shu would ever come back to that horrid place.
