[ SOMEWHERE IN THE AREA OF TOKYO ]

In a certain window of an apartment unit, you could see a faint light inside where a bedroom is located. A girl sitting quietly on her swivel chair as she gaze at the pictured photograph of the brother and sister Copycat pair.

Both were laughing joyously as they ate both their ice creams, as they grasp each others hand.

You could see from the way where the photo was taken was a convenience store near the Kise residence, where the two would always go every morning before and after school hours.

But you could also see something different about the photo, which was a red inked mark on the body of Ryoko.

A cold glint appeared on the girl's eyes as she stared with so much hatred that she didn't noticed the way the photo was nearly crumbled, at the little girl grasping her brother's hand.

"You don't deserve the attention, love, and their worship only he does and not you," she says with gritted teeth, "not now, and never only he does!"

With the anger she has she starts to tear the photo apart as she imagine herself doing it personally. One by one, the picture slowly turned into bits and pieces that you couldn't even tape them together anymore.

Then she stopped,

She stopped to gaze at the smile the older Kise has.

"Why do you look so happy, when she was the one getting all the attention that was all meant for you? Why do you pay attention to her?! Why! Why! WHY?!!"

Then she tense up a bit, her left hand twitching as she does.

"Hahaha.." a giggle echoing throughout the quiet room.

The seemingly harmless giggle turns into a laugh, and a laugh turning into a crazy boisterous one. After a moment, she stopped the room getting quiet again. Then she quietly caressed the male's face with her fingers.

"Hahh. . . I promise, I promise you would have all those attention that they gave her will soon be yours soon. ."

Thunder strikes the sky of Tokyo, bit by bit water droplets starts to fall from the sky as the clouds starts to block the moon and stars' that light up the sky darkening it with curtain like heavy grey clouds.

'drip. . .'

'drip. . . drip. . .'

'drip. . '

The light downpour of rain turned into a heavy one as time passes through the night, those who goes home late because of overtime starts to run through the pouring rain as they don't want to get wet on their way home.

A sob could be heard as the little copycat heard the roar of the thundering rain.

This seems to frightened the little thing as it shivered and hid further inside her comforter.

"o-onii-chan. . . *sob*"

"Ryokocchi?" a familiar voice was heard.

The shivered stopped but the copycat was still scared to go out of the comforter as the still heavy rain could be heard.

A sigh could be heard, a moment later the comforter was lifted up and the familiar face of her brother was seen. This stopped her sobbing but the tears still didn't go away.

"You afraid of the rain?" Smiling as he asked.

She was hesitant at first, then she answered "En.."

"Don't worry, Onii-chan was also scared when I was the same as you do." He confessed as he stroke her little head in comfort.

She sniffles a bit but stopped crying as she was interested with her brother's story.

"I was scared, the lightning and thunder always makes me feel that it will strike me."

She nods in agreement making the male chuckle.

"But do you know what our onee-chans' said?"

"what?"

He breath in and lifted her up, placing her on his chest as he gaze up at the ceiling while patting her bum.

"Those might make loud sounds and sometimes flashes through the sky but they won't ever hurt us if we were inside our home."

". . really?" says the curious little cat.

"uh-huh. . so don't be afraid of those because we are safe in our own home."

"en onii-chan." Then she yawn as her eyes starts to feel heavy.

"Go on, sleep. Onii-chan will always be there for you when you awake."

"goodnight onii. . ."

"goodnight Ryokocchi."

Alright, a bit of fluff because I think those are needed after some weeks of not updating after chapter 17 was updated.
