25 years old and I'm a millionaire, is life boring? Fuck No! I have the time of my life. I inherited money of grandparents I had never met before so being the only child really did pay off. I moved straight outta my parents house and into this stunning home in Malibu. I took my two besties with me Poppy and Jase, I couldn't leave them behind, since coming here we have made a ton of new friends and it's parties every weekend! We love it. Our neighbours hate us but honestly we don't give a fuck!
Jase was chilling down by the pool while Poppy prepares for our belter of a party on the weekend, we have invited everyone we know. It's going to be a wild one!
"You know this party is going to be the party of the year" Poppy on the phone to whatever party planner she's found this time.
"After the week we have had I can't wait for this party" I sit my ass next to Jase
"You know the neighbours hate us right?"
"Fuck them Jase! We are young rich and hot we can do what the fuck we want. Plus this time they're all invited"
"Have you actually invited them all?"
"Yeah we sent the invites this morning"
The doorbell rings, Jase gets up and goes inside to answer it...
"Lexie there's someone here to speak to you"
"Who is it?"
"Some guy in a suit" fuck! Please don't be the cops I have a ton of weed upstairs. I get up and walk inside
"And who are you?"
"Miss Blake, is there somewhere we can go sit down and talk?"
"Sure couch is over there take a seat Mr.."
"Sorry the name is Mr James Smith I'm a realtor"
"Fuck I thought you were a cop, what's up?"
"We have a high profile celebrity coming to view the property next door"
"And that's my issue because?"
"I'm here on a personal favour"
"Go on?"
"If the family decides to take the house then there will be a massive commission in it for me and my family. You see I've been around some of the other neighbours and they've well informed me of.."
"My lifestyle. Skip to the point James what you want me to do?"
"They're visiting tomorrow is there any chance that any antics you're up to can be put on hold until after they leave?"
"You know James I can actually do that for you. Why? Because you came and asked nicely and didn't bullshit so yeah we can make ourselves scarce for the day, I need to buy a new outfit anyways"

"Yeah yeah your welcome. Anyway Jase will see you out, hope you get your commission" it might be fun to have a high profile living in the neighbourhood, the bastards are all boring around here.
Time skip
Me, Poppy and Jase are in the mall we promised to keep away from the house today, Poppy has been trying on dresses for hours and still can not decide on anything, Jase picked his in the first store we went in and me well less clothes the better.
"Lex? What about this one?"
This is the 20th black dress she's tried on "honestly Pops, how long are you going to be in a dress before you change to be in the pool?"
