I laugh at his little statement, he honestly does seem very mysterious, not very talk active. "Yeah" I look back at the pathway as well "you do are mysterious, Tord".

~chapter 3: A normal work day?~

I and Tord continued our way through the forest, talking about various topics, including ourselves. I actually got to know him, though it wasn't a lot, it gave me a good picture of Tord. As we continued walking, we stopped at a beautiful-looking lake. The water looks almost completely crystal clear with the light of the sun making it shimmer. It was a beautiful sight. I wonder if Tord comes here to relax? As I appreciated the view in front of me, my gaze moved towards him. I could listen to him talk for hours, which I kind of already did.

"You okay, (Y/N)?"

suddenly, the realization hit me. I stared at him the whole time.

how embarrassing...

"A-Ah yeah! sorry, I'm just amazed by this view." I said, looking back at the lake. "I've never seen something like this before, and I probably wouldn't have found it if you didn't lead me here." I said as I giggled, looking back at Tord.

"Well, you're welcome." I could hear him chuckle under his breath which made me smile a little. It's like I completely forgot that he was wanted!

Oh. Shit right, he's wanted.

It was gonna be a difficult situation now. he seems way too peaceful to be wanted for that large amount of money, I can't even completely process the fact that I am talking to a wanted person now and have no idea what he did. Or who he even is, why he got that title of being wanted. Well, Unless he didn't kill anybody innocent, I should be fine. I hope.

Tords POV

This girl, (Y/N). It's the second time I've stumbled across her, which, I am pretty sure, was her goal. I've been showing her around the forest a little, talking about random things, getting to know each other. It has been a while since I've met somebody new. After all, she just moved here, so I assume she surely doesn't know who I truly am yet. But why would I care anyway?

"I think it's time for you to go home, (Y/N). It's gonna get dark soon, and I don't want you getting lost on your way.". I looked down at her. She had a disappointed face on, apparently, she really seemed to enjoy my talk. I am still surprised she isn't intimidated about my scars or my robotic arm, nor did she question it.

"Aw... so early?" She said as she looked up to the sky. The sun was setting down already. I wonder how long it has been since we've talked, Probably hours. So long that I didn't bother to check the time.

"Yeah, besides, I got some important things to do." I said, turning my back to her and starting to walk back to the direction we came from.

"Hey, wait up!" I could hear her yell behind me as she caught up. She definitely is an interesting case. I wonder...

how long until she finds out? It's a matter of time.

Your POV

After a solid 10 minutes of walking back to the point we met the first time, we said our goodbyes to each other and went separate paths. It was a nice feeling to finally get to know him more, even if he might have done some crazy shit. As for now, I enjoyed the rest of the walk thru the forest before arriving at the exit, making my way back home.

wonder if I'll see him again...

When I finally returned to my cozy little home, I decided it was finally time for me to look for a job. after all, I can't live off of my parents' money since I was running short on it anyway. I quickly rushed to my bedroom and leaped onto my bed, getting comfortable as I looked through my phone for companies that are employing at the moment until I stumbled across one.
