3. The Chirari

"Hey who are you?" Those words broke my paralyzed state and I turned around, saw a bunch of people with swords in their hands wearing skull shield armors and carrying huge other weapons. They were huge and muscular with wide shoulders. Who were these people? "I don't care who you are just run away from here and never mention this to anyone or else we will hunt you down," he said with no emotion in his tone. 

"Wh-who are you-u? and what do you want ?" 

"We are the warrior race of Chirari. We are soldiers, assassins,"   "murderers" I interrupted.

The Chirari Smirked.  "why do you want to kill this man?"       "Well that's none of your business and if you stay here any longer I might as well have to kill you too" he snapped. 

"I won't leave until you tell me"

"very well then be killed." the chirari raised his sword to strike me down.

"If you're about to kill me cant you fulfill my last wish? I only wish to know why you want to kill him."  I said with confidence in my tone. It surprised me that my voice didn't break from the fear I'd been holding inside.

"You're one stubborn woman. Fine then." I looked at the injured man praying that he didn't die or else everything I had been doing would have to go in vain. 

"This man here is the heir to the throne of the magical land of Aurendel. he was hidden by the king and queen in the mortal realm when he was a fledgling so that their enemies couldn't kill him and he lived a peaceful life until he claimed his throne. A prophecy states that when he is crowned as king, he'll either establish peace everywhere and unite the two realms or he'll bring doom and destruction upon all of the magical worlds. So that he doesn't have a chance at the prophecy, the higher authority of magic has asked us to kill him immediately."

I was in shock.  Magical creatures? magical realms? what was going on? Well, our scientists were wrong about one thing. Magic exists and magical creatures too. quite a day I was having here.

Fenix

The woman was scared; I could feel it inside of her. But she refused to show it. I wouldn't describe her as beautiful but sensual. She had long flowing hair, the color of ice. Strong Jawline, high cheekbones, and plum, full lips. Her curves were very inviting. Her eyes, there was something lonely and empty about them as if they had suffered a great loss. My time was running out. The stake had been stabbed through the heart. I had to pass it on to her and I trusted my choice. It was meant to be, it was destiny. Her name came to me...... Kriza. Ah. I have chosen, my king. I called in my mind. 

Kriza was going to be the heir of Aurendel.

Kriza

I had to do something quickly or else they'd kill me with him so without thinking I moved, picked up the heir, and ran. I ran as fast as I could with those wobbly legs. I had never enjoyed running but today I ran for my life depended on it.

"get them!" the Chirari general shouted and a bunch of arrows was shot at us. Thank the gods that the trees were dense and everywhere they provided us with protection from the arrows.  I ran until one arrow shot my leg. Both fell into a pit far from each other. I had to get up. I came this far and I refused to give up. 

Finally, the stranger spoke. At first, I thought he was just muttering something to himself then he said.

"You are a courageous woman. I have chosen wisely." I couldn't make sense as to what he was saying. "come closer, come...."

I outstretched my hand and he grabbed it and pulled me towards him. I don't know if I was blushing because of the heat or the blood rush of adrenaline in my body.

"will this hurt?"

"Yes, very" and with that a pair of fangs aimed at my throat. I couldn't cry or scream my voice had finally deserted me.

A/N: I had trouble writing this part but the story is too addicting so I couldn't stop hope you like it and also the last part was inspired from somewhere so yeah. have fun reading!!!
