I laid on the floor in pain waiting for the two girls to come down and they did. Vi first of course cause she was faster and far better then Caitlyn in many ways. Part of me is glad I got stabbed because if it wasn't me it would've been Vi.
Vi put my arm around her shoulder again. "Why the hell did you do that?" "How else was I supposed to get down?" Vi shrugged. "Fair." Vi looked around until she saw a familiar building. "There." She pointed.
Caitlyn looked creeped out. "What is this place?" I glared at her. "It's the place you topsiders don't wanna end up." A man came up to us begging for something. I kicked my foot at him so he would go away. Caitlyn turned her flashlight on and started looking at the people scurrying away from her light.
"Can we go, please?" I asked Caitlyn. We started walking into the small building. Vi sat me down on a wooden table. As soon as I sat down my mind started racing with thoughts.
Caitlyn, who looked like my father, took out a cloth and started to put it on my stomach. I pushed her arm away lightly. "Don't hurt me, please." I teared. Images of my father started flashing in my mind. I looked over at Vi and cried. "Don't let him hurt me Vi, please."
Vi looked at Caitlyn with worry. "She's hallucinating about her father, go and find help." Caitlyn nodded and rushed out of the room. Vi put her hand on my cheek and kissed my forehead. "You're gonna be okay Iris. No ones going to hurt you."
My eyes went drunken as I looked at the girl next to me. I took a piece of her hair and twirled it in my finger. "Hey there pretty lady." I giggled. Then my head started falling down but Vi picked it up and started tapping her hand on my face. "Stay awake, okay Cupcake? You'll be okay."
"Take off your shirt." Vi demanded. "Well that's a way to put it. If you wanted to fuck me you could've just asked." I laughed, my smile fading as my eyes started to close. "You're an idiot, not that it's a bad idea, but still an idiot. I need to see your wound."
I put my arms up to signal for her to simply take off my shirt for me, but she looked confused. I shook my arms. "Take it off." She did as I told and examined my stomach as it got harder to breath. "Vi I-" The world around me went black.
My breathing was all over the place as I was in Vi's arms. I was so confused. There were tears all over my face, most of them dry. "Iris, holy shit, are you okay?" Vi asked, examining my face and body. I nodded as looked over to Caitlyn. "Can we have a moment, please." I asked. She nodded quickly and left.
"Iris?" Vi's pretty voice rang. "Hey." I said. Vi's eyes flickered from my eyes to my lips multiple times. I felt my face heat up and felt butterflies in my stomach. "Vi there's something I need to-"
She placed her hand on my cheek and kissed me, I of course kissed back. Her lips were like nothing I've ever felt. To admit it, I've never kissed anyone. I've always wanted to wait for the right person, and here she was.
She pulled away looking into my eyes. She rubbed her forehead. "I'm sorry oh my god." "For?" I smiled. "Kissing you." I've never seen Vi so insecure. "Well if you're sorry, I'm sorry." "But you didn't do-" I cut her off by giving her a kiss. She pulled away smiling.
Caitlyn stepped back in, informing us we had to start leaving. "Sorry to interrupt whatever moment was going on, but we should get going." I rolled my eyes at the girl. "I saw that y'know. What is your problem? Why are you always so angry?"
I rested my head in my hands shaking my head. "Go on, you always have something to say so say it now." Caitlyn pushed. I stood up abruptly and walked over to her trapping her against the wall. "My problem is you. You ruined a perfectly good moment with your stupid demands. Hate to break it to you princess, but not everyone is going to give you what you want whenever you want."
