Fourteen

As I woke up I could hear distant chatter. I couldn't see straight which was making my head wobble all over the place. I was hella nauseous. "I payed your girlfriend a visit this morning." I heard a voice say. I squeezed my eyes shut as I tried to reach my face but my entire body was tied to a chair. "Shit." I mumbled, but it was muffled by something on my mouth.

I heard footsteps come over, but I didn't see anyone as the chair I was on started moving. I looked next to me and saw Powder. Jinx. I lightly shook my head as it continued to flop around. The chair came to a stop as my head jerked forward. I looked over and saw Vi.

"Shit, Iris. Powder leave her out of this!" Vi yelled. "Oh don't worry, there's room for one more." Powder walked away and brought over Caitlyn who was tied in a wheelchair. "Powder stop! Leave them alone!" Powder only chuckled.

I noticed Silco was also here. "Now." Powder started. "Where should I sit? That's your choice really." I wasn't paying attention to what she was pointing at, all I could feel was a warmth in my side.

"Make her go away, please. Send her on her way, and you can have Powder back." I looked over and saw that she handed Vi a gun. Caitlyn tried to yell but she was muffled. Vi stammered for a moment. "I can't."

Powder snatched the gun and held it to my head. I thought she was talking about Caitlyn, darn. I didn't flinch, nor move, I didn't really care. "No, Powder listen! We can just go, we'll leave and never come back." That seemed to get her to stop as she lowered the gun.

"Where would we go? No, no, no she's not saying that." She started pointing the guns at the fake Mylo and Claggor. "We'll put this behind us. You'll never have to see him again Powder." 

Silco started mumbling as Powder walked over to him. "What do you have to say about that?" She removed the thing from around his mouth as he spit. "Her name is Jinx! She's lying. You'll be with her a day before she realizes you're not that girl anymore and turns her back on you."

Powder moved the gun to her lips as she thought. "You aren't lying? You wouldn't lie to me, not again." "I'm not lying. I'm on your side I promise."

Powder shot the fake Mylo who was next to me, this time causing me to flinch, which only caused pain. I looked down and saw a pool of blood on my side. My eyes widened before I started panicking. What a lame way to die.

"Shut up! We're talking!" Powder yelled at the toy. "The topsides offered me everything. Independence, a seat at the table. All in return for you. They can all burn. Everyone betrays us, Jinx. Vader, them." He motioned to me which made me scoff.

I used my shoulder to try and get my mask off my face, and it worked. "I never abandoned her. If you wouldn't of taken Vander, everyone would've been fine. I got shot out of a building, then I got taken away. All because of you Silco. It's all your fault." My face stayed straight, and my eyes never left his.

"Drop the gun!" Caitlyn yelled. My head slowly turned over to her as I furrowed my eyebrows. "Do you have a Deathwish Piltie?" She shot me a glance and I shrugged. The pain in my side died down, but I still felt crappy.

"No, please." Vi pleated. Powder scoffed as she still had hold of her gun. She held it up to fire but Caitlyn started open firing the machine gun. "Drop the gun." I looked over at Vi who was panting, she felt my stare and looked over at me. She mouthed 'I'm sorry.' as I mouthed 'Shut up.'

Caitlyn held up the gun. "Wait! She's my sister."" Vi, she's too far gone." Powder chuckled and put her gun on the table next to Silco. She held her hands up in defense. Caitlyn looked like she was going to shoot again as she had her finger on the trigger.

Powder had an evil smile on her face as she lunged forward and smashed the gun in Caitlyn causing her to black out. "You see, now finish it." Silco taunted.

"Damnit Powder, wake up! Remember who you are! I know you remember! Picure Mylo! Claggor!" Powder was going into one of her frenzies. "Stop." Her voice cracked. "Vander!" "Shut up don't listen to her!" Silco joined. "Dad! Mom! Iris! Me!" 

Powder fell to the floor as I saw Silco struggling to grab the gun that was in front of him. He finally grabbed it and aimed at Vi. My eyes widened. "Stop!" I yelled. Powder then screamed as she got up. She open fired her machine gun around the room, causing her to hit me.

I looked down and there was now another pool of blood but in my chest. I looked back up to Vi, my eyes closing. "No, no, no. Iris stay awake!" She shook in her chair as she tried to get herself out. Powder was over by Silco but then she took a weapon and walked outside.

Vi got out of the ropes and ran over to me, my eyes struggling to stay open. "I'm so sorry. Holy shit, I'm so sorry, Cupcake." I smiled drunkenly, the same I did the night in the undercity. I grabbed her cheek and looked into her eyes. "I love you too much to stay mad at you." 

Vi let out a smile as tears left her eyes, her smile dropped as my hand moved off her face and my eyes began to close. She started to lightly hit my face as everything around me grew cold. The last thing I heard were the voices of two women yelling my name.
