Chapter 15

Kaiden's POV:

Beep....Beep...Beep....

'Jesus H Christ what is that God awful sound?!' I tried to move, but my limbs felt they were weighed down with lead and my eyes felt like they were glued shut. My mind felt like it was in a fog but I could hear a strong masculine voice speaking softly. Due to the sparks running through my body I knew it was Sterlin. Still unable to move or open my eyes I took slow, calm breaths and listened to my mates voice. 

"Hello, babies this is your daddy speaking. I know you probably can't hear me, but I just wanted to tell you that I love you both very much. And I'm sure your mommy will say the same thing. Well, when he wakes up and we tell him about you two. I'll do anything to protect the three of you with my life. I just want you to be happy and to feel loved. I know you'll love your pack. We're all just a big family. We all stick by eachother. You both are soing to learn so much from your family and believe me when I say there's never a boring day with this bunch. I can't wait to hold you and see what you both look like. I imagine you two with my dark wavy brown hair and your mommys crystal blue eyes and his sweet pink lips. They feel like rose petals you know. Your mommy's so perfect and know that we're excepting you two I couldn't be any happier. I want to always you two to be protected, but there's always danger in our world. Your births are going to be something to be caucious of considering you two will be the first of your kind. Until today the idea of a fairy, werewolf hybrid was unheard of. I bet the moon Goddess has something very special for the two of you." Sterlin said. 

'Babies? Did he just say babies that's impossible...isn't it?' 

"not as impossible as you would think, Dear Kaiden." came a voice from inside my head.

'Who said that?' I demanded in a panic.

"No need to be alarmed, Kaiden I'm your inner fairy. Now that your wings and power have come forth we may speak freely with one another. My name is Eowyn." My fairy stated. 

'Okay, umm, Sup?' I said. What? What else am I suppose to say? ' So can you tell me who's having the babies?'

"I thought you would have figured that out by now. It's you, Kaiden. You're pregnant." Eowyn stated matter of a factly. 

'I'M WHAT!? Inner fairy say what now!?' 

"It's true, I'll show you just clear your mind and listen closely." Eowyn instructed. I did as I was told and a few mere seconds later I could hear three separate heart beats. My babies those are my babies heart beats. I could feel my heart hammer in my chest and butterflies fly around in my tummy. 

'H-how's that possible?' I asked.

"That's simple, Dear prince. You're a fairy of life and death. Giving you the ablity to both bring life into the world and if you so choose to to take life away." My fairy told me.

'Oh I guess that makes sense. What why did you call me "Prince"?' I asked confused.

"Your mother was the empress of the fairies. So buy birth you are a prince."

'Ah okay simle enough.' I replied.

"Good, now open your eyes your mate is waiting for you." With that my eyes fluttered up to come face to face with a smiling and teary eyed Sterlin. 

"Hello, sleepy head I'm happy to see those beautiful eyes again." Sterlin said with a smile giving me a kiss on my forehead, handing my a small cup of water. I took the cup with a smile bring the cup of cold liquid to my lips drinking slowly. I brought my hand to my flat tummy rubbing small circles listening closely to my babies heartbeats. Sterlin watched my actions with nothing, but love in his eyes. "So I'm guess you know already huh?" 

"Haha yup sorry, Eowyn beat you to it dear mate." I replied with a smile.

"How do you feel about all this? I guess what I mean to ask is, are you happy?" Sterlin asked while nervously biting his bottom lip. The idea of him thinking anything bad was going through my mind was heartbreaking. 

"Honestly, I could be any happier. In 9 months from now we're going to be the parents of two beautiful souls." I replied with a smile. 

"Yeah, you're right this is going to be great!" Sterlin cheered happily. "Now rest my love. I'll wake you up when pops is finished with dinner." Sterlin said kissing me softly on the nose. Before he could walk away from me I latched onto his wrist. 

"Lay with me?" I asked softly. With a smile and a nod Sterlin pulled back the covers and climbed in our bed wrapping his arms around my waist, rubbing circles in my flat tummy. Pulling my body into his chest we laid together in silence until the darkness of sleep over took the both of us.
