Jinx x Reader (Arcane: League of Legends)

Liar

YOUR POV..

     I woke up from my little nap and rubbed my face. I looked up and Powder was nowhere to be found. I got up, my face turning red again as I remember what happened. I smiled to myself, and walked out. I finally decided to tell Powder what I saw, or better, WHO I saw. I walked into Silco's office, my eyes going wide. I originally walked in here to see if Powder was in here, but what I saw was terrifying. I looked around, the word 'LIAR' being painted everywhere, but nothing was more surprising than seeing Sevika tied up and hanging by her foot. 

     I immediately grab Silco's chair and hopped on it. I debated even letting Sevika down because of our history, but then remembered that she stopped the creep at the bar from harrassing me. I grab a knife from Silco's desk and start cutting the rope. I finished, and she fell to the ground. I cursed under my breath, hopping off of the chair. She was breathing, but she wasn't responding. I grab the glass of whatever liquid that was on Silco's desk and splash it on her face. Her eyes slowly open, and she just stares. I don't think she was really aware of what was going on.

     "What happened, are you alright?" I say, and she still just stares. I let out a sigh and sit her up against the wall. I look back at the 'LIAR' painted all over, and start thinking to myself. Was I supposed to find this, or was Silco?.. I snap out of it when I hear Sevika start speaking. I look over at her, but she is still blinking slowly and her breathing was shallow. I lightly slap the side of her face, and she starts paying more attention. "Sevika. Listen. What happened?"

     "Jinx.." She says, and stops speaking. "Silco." She speaks again, then points at the walls. I get up and leave her there, going to find Jinx. I basically run out of the room, running around the place. She isn't here. I start to panic, and it gets hard to breathe. I sit on the ground and pull my knees up to my chest. 

JINX'S POV..

     I stand there, the flare slowly going out. A tear rolls down my cheek. I quickly wipe it away, then stop moving. I stare at the gemstone, then pause.

     "Powder.." I hear a familiar voice say from behind me. I turn around and see someone. A pink haired girl. "Oh.. Powder!.." Vi says, running up to me and hugging me. It takes me a second to hug back, but as soon as I do tears roll down my face. Vi continues hugging me, sobbing into my shoulder. "I'm so sorry Powder.. I tried to come back. I promise, I did. But I.. I got arrested."

     "Marcus?.." I say.

     "I don't know. It doesn't matter.. I just.. I never thought I'd see you again." She says, her eyes filling with more tears. She hugs me again.

     "Are you real..?" I ask, suspecting that it's another hallucination.

     "Yes, of course. It's me, Vi, your sister.." She says, putting her hand on my shoulder. "I'm here. I'm right here."

     "Things changed when you left.. I changed." I say, sobbing uncontrollably. 

     "I know, Pow-Pow, I know. You did what you had to do to survive." She wipes the tears off of my face. "Me too. It's okay.. What matters is we're together." She says, hugging me again. "I saw Spark earlier.. she's changed.. I don't know what happened. She isn't the kid I used to know. I tried talking to her and she put a gun up to my head.. I.. I don't know if she was gonna shoot me I-"

     I gasp and push her back, pulling out my machine gun.

     "Who's she?" I ask Vi, seeing a random enforcer run up.

     "Who are you?" The enforcer asks.

     "It's okay, she's a friend." Vi tells me, trying to calm me down. She betrayed me. She's replacing me..

     "Sevika wasn't lying? You're with an enforcer?" I get my gun ready to fire.

     "Your sister is Jinx..?" The enforcer asks Vi.

     "Caitlyn, just listen, we can work this out." Vi says.

     "This is a trick! You're playing me! Shut up, I'm in no mood!" I scream out, Mylo whispering in my ear.

     "We didn't say anything.." The enforcer says.

     "I wasn't talking to you." I say, aiming my gun at her.

     "Powder, it's okay.." Vi says. Why does she keep calling me that. Everyone else calls me Jinx, why can't she just let go of it?!

     "Stop calling me that. It's Jinx now, Powder fell down a well." I spit out.

     "You're not a Jinx." She says, pausing. "God, I never should've-" I cut her off.

     "Stop talking to me like I'm a child!" I yell at her, then point my gun at her head. "Was that why you came?! For this stupid stone?" I laugh to myself.

     "No, I don't even know what that is, I.." She says, glancing at it.

     "You're a class act, Sister. Sister.. though I missed her.." I say, then look at my gun. "Bet you wouldn't miss her.." I press the trigger, the gun getting ready to shoot. 

     "Powder! I'm here for you, only you." She says, slapping the gun away from her face. "You can fire that thing if you want, but I'm not going anywhere. I'm NOT going to abandon you again." She puts her hand on my arm, and everything starts spinning. I see everyone, their whispers are deafening.

     "Everyone, shut up, I need to think!" I slap Vi's hand away and grab my head. I shoot my head up, getting ready to fire again. "Do you hear that?"

     Me and Vi look around at the pipes. Voices are coming from them, though I wasn't sure if they were just in my head. Just then, a green glowing hoverboard comes out of the pipe. I aim my gun at it.
