With his fist pounding onto his chest in aggravation. That Red-haired male who's no longer laughing, is staring emptily as his mind crashed a hurricane.

All the while, he tried to take some deep breathing to control his raging emotions that he absolutely cannot handle now.

'Calm down. This is not the end of the world yet'

Rok Soo told himself before then nearly snarling at the loud worrywarts surrounding him.

"Be QUIET... please"

Choi Han, Raon, and Bud immediately shut their mouth afterward. More due to their own shock if anything.

But Rok Soo really doesn't care.

Him getting this agitated over something doesn't feel good on himself as well.

Which is why, Rok Soo desperately needing some peace to tidy up his scattered minds.

At the moment he felt like a literal ticking bomb.

However, getting all explosive would be way too out of Character of him, he realized that too. Hence why, Rok Soo decided to say what he wanted the most right now.

"All of you, leave me alone for a bit. I... I need to gather my own thoughts"

He said with a hand still resting on his eyes in exasperation before he then looked away from them and noticed the earpiece that was stored along with the Jar before, now laying innocently on a small tray on the nightstand.

The other pair of that earpieces is supposedly being worn by his younger counterpart who should have been back from investigating the altar, as close as possible, by yesterday.

"...okay then"

Choi Han sounded dejected, but it's not like he doesn't understand.

'He must be extremely frustrated with everything that happened'

They had watched as Moonlight's face slowly got pale and even paler the more they told them about the situation, all the while, his gaze getting even colder to the point that he's now glaring at nothing, probably blaming himself or something.

Which is not wrong...

Rok Soo is currently cursing his own foolishness that leads them to this predicament.

Had he been more attentive to his own condition, these people wouldn't be recklessly getting all over the place like this.

His friends were right.

'I'm too careless of myself'

If they were here, probably he'd be scolded for hours for not taking care of himself or something.

'I should have heeded their warning'

And now Karma is biting back at him.

"...I mean, it's good that The young master-nim realized how hasty he's being, but this...?"

Rosalyn chewed her inner cheek uncomfortably.

"This unlucky punk. Sigh."

"Oh, Cale-nim..."

"Human..."

No one in that room reflected any sort of happiness or joy despite how their wish is finally coming true.

It was all because, while Cale's finally realizing how frustrating it is from their perspective, he's slowly drowning in self-hatred while at it.
