The silence lasted for a moment, tainted by the two's heavy breathing, before then a noise escaped that bloodied lips.

"...ha! Kahahahaha!!"

White Star's shoulders shook as he began to laugh.

All the while, Rok Soo stoically watched while he thought to himself.

'Wow'

{This crazy bastard finally lost it, isn't he?}

'Seems like it'

He couldn't agree more with the Cheapskate's comment.

{Congrats, Cale! You've made this ■■■ bastard lose all of his ■■ marbles that he's spinning around like a ■■■■ maniac!}

The Crazy Kid's Comment is pretty much unnecessary as he doesn't feel rewarded at all.

'Did I push the wrong buttons? Shouldn't he be scared of me? Why is he laughing like a lunatic?'

Well, he is a lunatic.

But that's not the point here.

"You know what? Despite everything, I love it every time the young master-nim getting sidetracked like this"

Ben, that dark elf commented, to which his friends stared at him as if debating whether to talk back or agree with that comment.

Well, they ended up saying nothing and just staring.

+

'Well, no matter'

Rok Soo has not been just chatting around with White Star, no.

He has seen enough movies and read enough stories to tell that it was blatantly stupid to stop your attack to get all talkative or get mesmerized in someone else's magical transfor— skills. Someone else's skills.

And knowing so, Rok Soo has actually controlled small rocks and pebbles from the ground and the debris with his earth ancient power, for it's easier on his plate than creating those tens of spears.

{Cale, I don't think that your plate would survive if you were to reenact that time this time around.}

Super Rock's worried voice resounded in his mind again as he moved those pebbles and tiny rocks.

Rok Soo abandoned the idea of getting White Star with the divine sword as his motoric control is worse than his control over his ancient power.

So, rather than following that bastard's footsteps and giving him the advantage in that department, now that Rok Soo doesn't have to intercept or blocked his sword attacks, he opted to solely use Blood-Drenched Rock before finishing him.

'This would be enough.'

He needs to make it to be enough.

After all, his plate could not take another violent beating.

So, Fire and Water Ancient powers is a no-no.

+

"But that means he's still going to use one of his ancient power, right? Earth?"

Mary asked and Rosalyn nodded.

"The Young Master Cale had used this power against White Star, I believe? So... umm... I think it'll be okay"

Well, they've seen Cale doing much worse before. But this and that does not need to be connected to one another.
