That Lion seems to be talking to Choi Han.

Which is annoying, but Rok Soo is thankful for it seems to reel on Choi Han's anger towards that Lion King instead of himself.
As proof of that, Rok Soo could see how vicious Choi Han is as he attacked the brightly smiling Dorph again.

Another explosion rang out and Moonlight clasped his hands even harder.
Dorph's two arms blocked the shining black aura.

Dorph was forced back with each attack.
It looked as if he would be forced out of the pillar of fire he barely made it through.

The sword and the fist clashed once more.
"Tsk, this young fella is not one to talk! Can I take this as you agree with my request?"
Rok Soo tightened his grip after hearing Dorph's comment.
They had not been so close to him before, but now that they're within his hearing range, Rok Soo realized that Dorph just keeps on spewing bullshit.
'Oh, he's so going to die...'
That red-haired Hero feels like Choi Han would actually kill the Lion King this time around.
