Regret.

Have you experienced regretting the things you've done?

The choices you've made?

The paths you've taken?

Life's not like a game where there's a repeat button. You can't go back. You can't stop on your track and resume when you want.

Once you've made your choice, you should stand by it.

You should always move forward, even if you're walking on a path full of nails.

As they all say...

You'll only regret everything when it's already too late. When damage has already been done.

"Tyler?!", I said biting my nails. I waited for his response, but I did not hear a thing.

Fuck!

Right now, I'm regretting all the things I've done so far. I ignored him.

I want to forget him. I want him out of my life cause I was hurting. It was reasonable cause he made something horrible.

I want nothing to do with him. I want him gone...

But not like this.

I can still hear the engine creaking. But Tyler's not answering. Soon enough, the line gets disconnected.

Damn it!

Is he alright?

Fuck. What kind of question is that, Krysh? You know he's not okay. Who would be okay after being in a car accident?

I ran downstairs to find mum but she's nowhere to be found.

"Mum?!", I called after her as I search for her in the living room and the kitchen.

"Mum! Where are you?!", urgency's evident in my voice. I might have scared mum cause she came rushing down the stairs.

"Sweetie?! What's the matter?"

"Mum, Help me find Tyler.", I said as I pull her gently to the door.

"What?", she asked stopping me on my tracks.

"Let's find Tyler. He must be in danger. The car.. he was calling...there's an accident. I don't know how to find him but we need to! This is all my fault. Let's try to drive around the neighborhood or—", she cut me off.

I don't know what I'm saying. We just need to go!

And I mean, Now!

"Wait... calm down sweetie. Speak slowly, I don't get a thing of what you've said. What's up with Tyler?", she asked trying to calm me by squeezing my hand.

I sighed loudly. "Mum, help me find Tyler. I think he got into an accident. I was on the phone with him when I heard a loud bang."

"Oh, my G.", mum gasp and picked her phone from the pocket of her nightgown. "I'll tell Peter. I'll just get a robe or jacket. I'll be quick!", she said. I nodded in response.

I didn't notice she was wearing satin clothes. I almost dragged her out on those clothes.

I paced back and forth in the living room as I try to call Tyler's phone. I need to know where he is!

*Hi! This is Tyler-*

"Fuck!", I cussed as my second call redirects me to his mailbox.

"Mum!", I called after her as I try to dial Tyler's number for the third time.

*Hi! This is Tyler. I'm currently-*

I dropped the call. And tried to text him instead.

I know he won't be able to read this message right now but I just want to.
