"I want you for my eyes only. I don't want other men drooling over you.", Tyler whispered in my ears.

I'm not new to this side of Tyler. His possessive side. But I still can't get used to it.

"I didn't spend two hours in front of my mirror just to spend the rest of the night inside my house.", I kidded and he laughed.

I can't stop myself from grinning.

His laugh is music to my ears. Wait, that sounds so cliche. Argh, whatever.

We went to a restaurant in the next city. As expected from Tyler, it was a high-end restaurant.

We ordered pasta and had a few sips of wine.

I enjoyed the night talking with him. We're just chatting about random things. I didn't even notice the time. Time flies by too fast when you're enjoying yourself.

We left the restaurant at 10 PM and went for a night stroll. I rolled down the passenger window and extended my arm outside.

I let my hand feel the cold wind. It's so refreshing.

My brows furrowed as I look at the street ahead.

I stiffened when we passed a familiar bunch of tall trees.

This is not what I think it is... Right?

I looked at him.

"Tyler...", I said in my smallest voice.

He looked at me and squeezed my other hand on my lap.

"I'm not going to do anything funny. I know that place only reminded you of bad memories.", He started. "But it was where I found solace. It reminded me of the time I spent with you. So I want you to look at it the way you did when you first saw it."

He paused. "Not the way you last saw it."

He took a glance at me. "But... But if you don't want...", His voice trailed off.

I can see that he wants me to go with him. To that lake. To where he brought me before.

I held his hand and squeezed it back. "It's okay. I'll be alright.", I assured him.

He smiled without taking his eyes off the road. It took another twenty minutes before I saw the familiar scenery.

It's as breathtaking as I remember it.

Tyler looked at me. Content is written all over his face. He took his seatbelt off and helped me with mine.

"I never imagined getting back here.", I whispered, not taking my eyes off the lake. The full moon shines brightly above it, creating crystal-like water. I can hear the crickets sing in the quiet night.

"I never imagined you'd come back here... with me.", Tyler whispered, amusement evident in his voice.

I looked at him. "Do you always come here?" I asked.

He nodded. "Oh, wait."

He ran to his car and took a picnic basket I don't even know what he was carrying.

He opened it and pulled out a blanket. He lay it on the ground. He even has a lamp with him!

"You came prepared.", I joked and he laughed.

"I don't want my girl getting uncomfortable."

I blushed at his words. It's a good thing that the only light we have is the lamp and the moonlight. Or else, he would see my crimson face.

"I'm not your girl.", I murmured.

Cause I'm not. Not yet.

He smiled. "I know. But it'll only be a matter of time."
