The Rival (ATLA x male reader)[paused]

Y/n is seen on a boat staring at large boat floating by many large icebergs. His boat stops next to it, as the larger ship drops down a plank, for Y/n and his crew to get onto the ship. Y/n walks up, to see Prince Zuko and General Iroh. 

Y/n: So… is it true Zuko?

Zuko: Yes, he's an airbender riding a sky bison with two people from the south water tribe.

Y/n: Hm… so Aang finally woke up. 

Iroh: *chuckles* Aren't you excited, after 96 years you finally get to see him again?

Y/n: Because of his idiocy for going to a deep sleep, my body was forced into a volcanic prison. Yeah… I'm excited.

Zuko nods as he turns towards his crew.

Zuko: Everyone take a course to Kyoshi Island! They have to be there! 

Iroh: Would you like some tea, Y/n?

Y/n: You're too kind Iroh, I'm only a caretaker.

Zuko: We all know that title is just a cover up.

Y/n shrugs as he is handed a cup of tea by Iroh. He takes a sip as he shrugs to Zuko's comment. 

Y/n: Maybe you're right.

Zuko: … Y/n, you will go to the island alone, and find the Avatar, after a few hours, we'll join you. Understand?

Y/n: Crystal.

Y/n is seen approaching the shore of Koshi Island alone. His raft finally lands on shore, he jumps out, and stands on the sandy-snow-covered ground. He puts his arms behind his back, as he walks up the trail. 

Two kyoshi warriors try to ambush him, when they're suddenly stopped mid-air by an unknown force. They struggled to move before they were tossed to the side as he kept walking. He entered the village to see everyone going about their business, when he suddenly bumps into someone, knocking them down.

???: Aangee are you okay?

Y/n looks down at the air monk as tons of young girls run up to him. The boy still had that dumb smile on his face…
