Chapter 24

Gina's POV
Finally now that class is done time to meet Nini the auditorium. While I'm walking over I see these boys bullying a person. I walk over and try to stop them. "Hey leave them alone." They turned around and looked at me. "What are you going to do lover girl?" That is what pissed me off. Then I recognized them their the same people that pushed me against the lockers. "Oh isn't deja vu, the same boys who pick on people because their life is falling apart." They for me even more pissed off as they walked towards me. "Who the hell do you think you're talking to dyke." Wow they really want to get hurt. "To the same people who can't leave people alone." One tried punching me. I blocked it then the other one tried and still missed. "You bitches who do you think your fighting!" I smirked that my girl. "We're fighting your girl."

"I wouldn't say it that way if I were you." She walked closer with that sly smirk I love. "Try punching her again." I saw one pull back trying to punch the laughing forward but I saw a hand stop him. Obviously it was Nini. "Like I said I would say it in a different way." I could see fear in their eyes. "How the tuck did you do that?" "Fast reflexes, bye bye." She kicked them in the dick and they ran away. "Wow you really scared the again." We smiled and held each other's hand "let's go I want to show you some songs." We finally got to the auditorium so I sat on the stage and she sat on the bench.

I sat there in as wondering how could she be so amazing. "Um yeah so that was hope ur okay." Nini said shyly. "Neenes that was amazing I'm still star struck from that." She smiled got up and jumped right on me. "Thank you! Thank you!" She kissed me all around my face then my lips. "You know you're the only one that got me back into music." As she said that I can see the live and care in her eyes. "How is that?" We lay down face to face and arms around each other. "Well you helped me bring light into my life. You have always helped me through the toughest times." I wrapped my arms tighter around her. "I want to make sure you know you do the same for me and always will." We smiled at each other. "Bubs I've been wanting tell you something."

"What's up?" I took her hand and started fiddling with her hands. "Ever since the first year of us being friends I've never wanted to leave your side. And I never will do what I'm trying to say is I love you. I get it if you aren't ready yet I just had to tell you." I looked down till Nini lifted my head up. "I have had a crush on you since I meant you, and I feel so lucky to have you as my bests friend and also my girlfriend, I love you so much." I pulled her into a rough but passionate kiss.

Nini's POV
Omg we said 'I love you' to each other and are now making out. After air becomes a problem we pulled back both of us breathing heavy. "Wow." We both laughed. "Yeah wow." The bell rang so we both got up, and going to are next class together tan school is over. "Can I carry your books." I looked at Gina. "Um sure but I could carry them." She took the
Abs shook her head. "No because your still injured and these are heavy books." I sighed. "Yeah I probably shouldn't have jumped in you earlier." We broke out into a fit of giggles. We got to the door and walked in, every class so far everyone had judging looks but we were never bothered by it.

School will be done in 20 minutes I wish we could just go I'm literally in pain, I moved around to much today that every bone in my body hurts. "Are you ok?" Ash asked, I looked behind me to see Ash looking at me in worry. I nodded and mouthed "I'm fine." She nodded and then the bell rang. I was getting ready to leave when my ribs started hurting more. "Nini I don't feel like you're okay, you seem in pain." Ash walked up and helped me get Gina's stuff she's in the bathroom. "Yeah I'm fine let's go and get Gina." Ashlyn took Gina's books and we headed to the bathroom. We got to the bathroom and heard crying, we saw Gina on the ground crying in her knees.

"Hey, hey what's wrong" I got down and pulled her into my arms. Even through the pain of my ribs. "Some kids yelled in my face for dating a girl." My heart broke she shouldn't be going through this. "Hey it's okay don't let them get to you," I pulled back and wiled her tears. "Are you okay? You look hurt." I shook my head. "Yeah I'm fin-ahhh, we'll maybe not." I keep groaning from all the pain. "Let's get you home." I couldn't get up. "I can't stand up you're going to have to carry me out." I keep coughing, they both get on each side of me and take my arms. "We're not far from the car just breath in and out." "Oh god it hurts to much." we finally got to the car and we headed home. "M-my ribs." I saw ash and Gina glance at each other. "Baby we might have to take you to the hospital." I shook my head I absolutely hate the hospital.

"No I'm not going." I confused to say no. "Why do you hate the hospital so much?" I froze no one ever knew why I hated the hospital. "I just have bad memories in it." They looked confused. "Remember back in sophomore year, when I was gone for a week and a half?" They nodded. "I was sick but not a cold or flue, I was sick I was laying in a hospital bed barely breathing." They both sat down listening to the story. "They said I might not survive, but they put me through surgeries and I had a better chance of living. Then it happened again while I was still in the hospital, and it went through more pain and agony. But they fixed me but I have never wanted to go back." Tears rolled down my face as we as Gina's and Ashlyn. I was holding, my ribs still in pain. "Nini I'm sorry you had to experience that." I shrugged.

"Well take a nap gi will be with you just to make sure you're okay." I nodded and Ashlyn left. "I wish you didn't go to school, you wouldn't be in this much pain." I looked at Gina. "Why do you always have to blame yourself for things I do?" She sighed I went to the edge of the bed. "Because I feel like I'm responsible for you when you're hurt, and if I do it wrong I failed." I sat up ignoring my ribs hurting. "I can take care of myself, yes I might get injured a lot but I have abs always pull through." Gi nodded and looked down. "After you told us that story I got more protective of you, so now it will harder for me not to freak out when your injured." I laughed. "That's one reason why I didn't want to tell you." We both laughed and I grabby hands to hunt Gina to come here so we can snuggle. "At does baby want to cuddle?" I pouted abs nodded and she came over laying next to me. "I love you so much." She said. "I love you too bubs." We both went to sleep happy.
The next morning
Gina's POV
I woke up and saw Nini laying in my arms peacefully. I smiled to myself and checked the time, it was 5:55 I have to get ready for school. I tried carefully getting up without waking up Nini, but that didn't work well. "Where are you going?" I looked down at her and said. "I'm getting ready for school." She furrowed her eyebrows and sat up. "With out me that's mean." Nini pouted and I giggled. "No way you're going to school, remember yesterday?" She nodded. "Yes, but do you remember my parents and I'm going to today so I'm going to school." I groaned she has a point there. "Alright fine but I'm carrying your books so your ribs won't hurt as bad." Nini grind and nodded, for I melt to easily for her.
