His heartbeat could be felt all throughout his body, and he thought his heart itself was going to burst from his chest. He heard it alongside the soothing rain and the music still playing in both their ears.
A shockwave ran through their bodies simultaneously as their lips touched. He cupped her cheeks with his palms and kissed her deeply.
While she had a hand on the side of his neck, the other clutched his shirt, scrunching it into her fist that formed with the passion they both felt. A gust of wind shot a steady mist of water onto them but there wasn't a care to be had.
Neither of them could believe what was happening, or how it was suddenly occurring, but they both connected on a spiritual level, even experiencing deja vu simultaneously.

They both paused when they felt it and pulled away, but still were holding one another. There were a few stray rain drops on their faces, and their hair was lightly dampened by the mist.
They communicated without words, and knew they were both in fact feeling the same sensation. But suddenly a thought came to Zeda, and it shattered the fantasy she had just constructed.
She had let another man distract her from her true feelings tonight. She was so lost in Hyunjin she forgot. She forgot about Soomin.

Her eyes went wide, and she realized her potential mistake. She didn't even know this man. She had criticized Roxy immensely for kissing Wen and here she was, doing the same thing.
