( ✓ ) 𝙉𝙀𝙀𝘿 𝘼 𝙃𝘼𝙉𝘿? • 𝙝𝙭𝙝 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 (𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰.)

𝟎𝟗 • 𝐖𝐄𝐓𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒

        "Oh, nice to meet yo-" I greeted in reply, getting cut off by Gon and Killua.
         "Yay, I win!" Gon declared raising his left hand in the air to show his pride.
        "What are you saying? I was faster.." Killua contradicted.
       "I was!" Gon shouted
       "Nuh-uh. I was!" Killua shouted back, shaking his head from disaproval.
        Their little argument lasted for a few more seconds until Gon asked Satotz-san a question.

      "Satotz-san, who was faster?" Gon questioned.
"I believe that girl arrived a bit faster while you and the other boy arrived simultaneously." Satotz assumed, looking pretty puzzled.
      "So we both have to buy Y/n dinner?!" Gon and Killua shouted in unison. I looked over to their faces and snickered. "Oh, so that's what this is about," I smirked. "Oh well, looks like you BOTH have to buy me dinner! ♥"
     "NOO!" cried Killua. Gon looked over to Satotz-san and smiled. "Hey Satotz-san, is this where the 2nd phase of the Hunter Exam starts?" asked Gon, eyes shining. "Not quite, we still have a long way to go." replied Satotz-san. "Oh.." sighed Gon in disappointment.
     "It's okay!" I smirked. "Let's just go do some exploring a bit." I suggested, grabbing both Killua's and Gon's hands. "Oi! Don't initiate skinship with me so quickly without my approval!" complained Killua. We walked around for a bit waiting for more people to appear. I hear a man with an awfully familiar voice panting in the back. I light up and drag Gon and Killua to where I hear his voice. "Leorio!" I shout. "Y-yo.." he responded, gasping in and out like his life depended on it. We watch as the tired Leorio collapse to the ground out of exhaustion. "I was going to give you a hug for a good job but you're covered in sweat and pain." I mummered. "H-hug?! If it's by you then sure!" leorio said with heart eyes and flowers around him.

        Kurapika soon followed up behind Leorio. "Ah, Kurapika!" I shouted, pulling him into a nice welcoming hug. He paused a bit before deciding to hug me back. "I seen you've made it to the top also, Y/n." Kurapika chuckled, pulling away from the hug. "Of course I am." I scoffed. "Ahem!" Killua hummed. "Is this ours destination?" asked Kurapika. "No, it isn't." Gon said.  The fog soon fades unveiling a beautiful scenery. Satotz-san called it "Numere Wetlands" or known as "Swindlers Swamp". I recognized the name because I always read about it in books and movies. There were a bunch of weird and bizarre animals living on these wetlands. Satotz-san had ordered us to follow him to the passageway to the 2nd phase.

(It's 5:02 AM right now and I am so tired. I stayed up the whole time re-watching hunter x hunter to finish this. Goodness my eyes are droopy. Im gonna end this chapeter way earlier than usual too. Sorry!)
