Ch-20 Embarrassments

Today is the match day and I am sitting next to my best friend ;who is here to cheer her so called boyfriend. Even after our such a good plan they patch up on the same day.

I was expecting that they will not talk to each other for atleast one week but that plan didn't work even for a single day. Never mind we will come back with something amazing next time. "I think someone wants to break our relationship." Person next to me said which made me to face her. I have to act normal like I don't know what she is talking.

"Why do you think so?" I ask. "Sara I just told about yesterday, don't you think someone did that on purpose. Because they want me to get suspicious about Neil cheating on me." She snap. I nodded and tried my best to look normal.

"I don't know who is doing this but sooner or later, we will find out that person, right?" She said again and I nodded. Deep down I am little nervous now. "What will you do when you will find out that person?" I asked.

She didn't said anything for few seconds, "I don't know maybe it depends who is that person."

"What if that person is very close to you? I mean that person means alot to you." I asked.

"Well... There are very few people who means alot to me. You, Neil, my parents and Agastya. And I know none of them can do this." She confidently said with a smile on her face. I am feeling guilty . She trust me blindly and look what I am doing to her. I am feeling so wrong. Should I stop this breakup plan? She will be hurt if she broke up with Neil. She will be hurt if she get to know that Agastya and I were behind her break up. And anyway we will get nothing out of this.

I think I need to talk to Agastya about this. I can't do this, I can't hurt her. "Sara?" I came out of my thought when Yashvi called me. "Huh?"

"Game is about to start, our college will bat first." She said while looking at the pitch, where Neil and Dev are standing and talking about something. After a minute match started.

Both of them were playing good until now, after 10 overs Dev got catch out and his scored 25 runs. On the other hand Neil made 30 runs.

As Dev left the ground, Agastya entered with a bat in his right hand. "All the best Agastya." Yashvi hooted which made him look in our direction and he smiled. I don't know why I feel like he was smiling while looking at me.

No Sara, why would he smile at you? He must be smiling for Yashvi, as she was cheering for him and she is his sister. After all today is big day for him.

He must be excited about this match, it's his first match as vice captain. I hope he do his best today. The match started again, at first they took it slow while taking singles and very soon those singles turned into boundaries. I must say they both have good tuning.

In last match there tuning might have not worked but today they both are killing it. Very soon first inning finished and the target for the opposite team was 235 runs in which Neil contributed 104 runs and Agastya made 101 runs. They both made century today and both of them played really amazing. Our throat hurts now just because of all hooting and shouting for there every boundaries. But we don't mind, they deserve this.

Match ended earlier than our expectations, it was always one sided match. Opposite team got all out in 40.5 overs and our college won by 86 runs which was indeed a big victory for us. All the players move towards there dressing room after the match.

"Let's go" Yashvi said while holding my hand. "Where?"

"Dressing room obviously." After saying that she took me towards dressing room where whole team was already celebrating their victory. Neil and Agastya were in the middle of them. Everyone was hooting, shouting. "Attention boys." Agastya shouted while standing one of the chair to grab everybody's attention.
