Ch-45 Selfish world

"So, what do you wanted to know?" Cheery asked as soon as her father left.
"Everything. Why you did that?" I asked impatiently. She sighed while looking at me and then she look down.

"What's wrong?" Agastya asked, who is standing next to me all this time. "Look my reason is very lame but trust I am very sorry for whatever I did, I am regretting all of this." She said but this time guilt can be visible on her face.

Just because my dad saved his father's life, she is feeling guilty otherwise she would've continue her work with Prashant without any guilt. How selfish with world is. This thought made me angry.

"Tell us the reason." I command with a roar which made her stiffened at her place. "Sara, calm down." I heard a soft whisper from Agastya after that he move his hand to hold mine. Just then I realize, I formed my hand into fist tightly which made my nails digged into palms.

He slowly open my fist while entwined our fingers making a tingling sensation. My hand is small one as compared to him but it fits perfectly with mine. I am glad I found a selfless person like him in this selfish world. And I just realize how easily this guy can calm me down. Only his presence is enough to make me from strom to a silent water.

"Actually you know we both are not allies and have lot of personal issues. Honestly I hate you that's when step father asked me to follow you everywhere and keep an eye on you, I said to yes to him. On top of that he was offering me a good amount of money." She said.

"How long you have been following her?" This Agastya asked in an intimating voice which I have never witnessed. Is he angry right now?

"Since first semester of the college." She nervously said because of Agastya. "Cherry stalking someone is invading the privacy of the person and that is also a crime. So you better don't do anything from now on and stay away from Sara otherwise, I'll not think once to show the way of jail. Am I clear?" Agastya warned her in the intimating tone, which made her nod before a nervous gulp. Today I get to know that Agastya can be scary when he want.

"Better." It feels good when there is someone who protects you. I remember myself saying I don't need a man in my life. I am self sufficient and look at me now. I got him as my back always. He changed my thoughts and me too and I am glad he did.

"Do you know anything else about him?" I asked her and she nodded. "He is planing to break Neil and Yashvi's relationship and then rub that on both of your face. He will show everything like you both did that." She said.

"How?" Agastya ask. It feels like an interrogation. She look at both of us and release a sigh before speaking. "Well last when Neil was at the bar fully drunk, we planned to take him in a hotel room and show Yashvi like he is cheating on her with me and I had to say that it was all your plan while showing her the audio."

It didn't shocked me much because I have already heard so many shocking things for a single day.

"Then what stopped you in doing that?" I asked because I remember talking to Yashvi in the morning and she was fine. "Yashvi, she came in the bar and took him with her and because of that we couldn't take him to the hotel room." She said.

"We? You mean Prashant was also there with you?" Agastya asked with raised eyebrows in curiosity. She shook her negatively. "He was a boy of our age and get paid just like me for keeping an eye on you." She said and this time my eyes got wide in shock and confusion.

"There is another stalker too?" Agastya asked in same shock as mine. "Yeah, Prashant keeps an eye on you 24/7, wherever you go. That boy is working for him before me, I think he is some kind of family friends of your because he usually calls Prashant as Uncle." She said. This is not giving me a good vibe at all.
