"Now who is he?" Jace asks me and Jackson once we are alone. Right now we are in Jace's room, which was sound proof and huge.

I bite my lip.

"Just tell him, Morgan." Jackson says.

I sigh. "He was the guy that change Jackson."

Jace's eyes widen in shock. Then he quickly masks that. "Anything else I should know about him? Like why are you so scared of him?"

I remain silent.

"Cameron is also her ex-boyfriend." Jackson says.

Jace growls. One of disagreement

"Don't worry, she didn't enjoy the 'relationship' they had." Jackson told him. "He abused her. Beat her. Raped her. All that sort of stuff."

Another growl from Jace. This time it was a furious one. "I'm gonna kill him."

I put a hand on his arm. "Don't."

He turns to me. "Give me one good reason not to?"

"You'll get into a disagreement with his pack. There will be a war between the packs and right now we can't afford to have that. I'll just avoid him. You should just ignore him." I said.

He sighs deeply. "Only for you." He pulls me into his arms.

"I want to talk to you, Jace, about the whole mate thing with my sister." Jackson said, arms crossed.

((Jace's Point of View))

Morgan was forced to leave the room. She wasn't happy about it. In fact, she was absolutely pissed about it.

Jackson wouldn't be hearing the end of this from her.

"What did you want to talk about?' I asked her brother.

"About my sister as your mate." he says.

"What about it?"

"If you so much as hurt my sister, I will have you begging me for death." By the look he was giving me, he wasn't joking. Not one bit. He meant every word of it.

"I wouldn't dream of hurting her." I said.

"Good." he says with a sigh. "She's dealt with a lot of hurt over the years, and I can't stand to see her put through any more."

"I could never hurt her!" I told him. "What kind of other hurt has she been put through though? Besides the whole Cameron thing."

He sighs. "It won't sound very good."

"Tell me." I urged.

"She watched me kill our parents."
