Remi - Main character Remi is a very spirited person. She loves the outdoors and her friends and family! She is very stubborn and you will learn that. She hates being alone no matter the situation, she feels more comfortable around people she knows. Remi's mom and dad didn't have the best relationship and Remi hoped they would divorce for her sake but they never did, she had to sit and listen to her parents fight nearly every night. It tore her apart but she held it together for her friends. When her parents fought her dad took his anger out on Remi, she would wake up with bruises all over her body, her mom never knew so Remi suffered in silence. She didn't want anyone to worry about her.

Emerson - Remi's crush, friend, and Erin's brother Emerson is a very down to earth person, he's not the smartest at times but is usually the one with the best ideas. He is the type of person to get you in trouble but easily get you out of trouble. He knows how to fit in around anyone, and is usually the life of the party. He's also very protective of the people he loves and cares about. His dad was absent most of his life, he left and got hooked to drugs when he was 3 and was never heard or seen from again. His mom was the parental figure in his life, although she had her moments with alcohol and drugs, she took care of Emerson best she could.

Erin - Remi's best friend Erin is the type of friend who if someone hurts her friend, the last thing you will remember is being stuffed into a body bag. She isn't afraid to call anyone out on anything, she knows how to get what she wants when she wants. She can be manipulative but in the best way possible. Most of her close friends call her Wren, no one remembers when or how that nickname came along but everyone goes with it. Her parents have the best relationship with Erin and when things get severely bad at Remi's house she sleepover with Erin, though she never knew why. Erin's parents treated Remi as one of their own, which brought comfort to her. She knew Erin and her family was her safe place.

He's the only one with a car so he usually is the driver when they go to hang out together. He has the best relationship with his parents out of anyone, he usually spends every Thursday having a family game night with his family.

As I said he was raised rich, he doesn't like to brag about it or show off his money but he likes to use it when he either wants to spoil someone or treat his family friends to something. He always was mistaken as the druggy and alcoholic but it was his brother and his brother blamed it on Ace. He is very vulnerable but never would he caught dead letting it show.
