Day's Later At The Shelby Household

"Right. I have called this family meeting to disgust the wedding situation" Tommy said entering the betting shop, closing the kitchen door on his way in. All the Shelby's and the Dog's were gathered in the betting shop, awaiting for Tommy's family meeting to start.

Johnny Dog's stood leaning against the stairs in the betting shop, with a rum in his hand. Edward and Arthur were sat on chairs. Anna was stood against one of the brick walls, with Will next to her side.

Polly stood in the door-frame of Tommy's office, with a cigarette in her hand, and with Ada stood in front of her. Greta was sat at a chair, with Tessa right next to her, with John stood behind Tessa's chair. Finally Tommy was stood at the head of everyone, so all eyes were on him.

"What's the plan then?" Tessa questioned Tommy, with a cigarette hanging from her mouth.

"Since we have found out your pregnant Tessa, I have started sorting things out with Polly and Johnny"

Polly butted in "We have a place where the wedding can be held, there will be enough space for everyone there"

Tommy pointed towards Johnny "Johnny is going to officiate your wedding"

The three Dog's kids looked towards their father "What" the three said in sync "Can you even do that, da?" Tessa questioned her father.

Johnny took a sip from his rum, laughing at the girl "I have done it many of times for your cousins back in Ireland"

"We have mostly everything done, except we need the pair of you to make sure you make it too the wedding that day" Tommy said, crossing his hands over his chest. Both John and Tessa looked at each - other, scoffing.

"We will, you don't need to worry about that Thomas" Tessa said to him, rolling her eyes.

"We will have the wedding next Friday, in a week's time. Alright" Polly said moving from the door - frame of Tommy's office, and standing next to him. She looked at everyone there in the betting shop. Everyone nodded their head, or replied with a little "yes"

Everyone went off their separate ways after the family meeting. The four girl's Anna, Greta, Tessa and Ada made there way out of the betting shop doors and onto Watery Lane street, heading for the lake for some girl time away from all the boys.

John ran out of the betting shop to catch after Tessa, before she had left the street. He grabbed her arm making her turn around in his direction.

"Where are you going?"

Tessa looked at him confused "I'm going to the lake with the girls. Why?" 

"Be bloody careful then" Tessa pulled out her knife swiftly from under her dress, holding it out straight in the air with her right hand. John backed away from the sudden sight of the knife.

"I'm always careful" She smirked.

"Bloody hell Tess. You can't just pull that out in front of me like that, you could have done somethin stupid"

He grabbed hold of her hand with the knife and dropped her hand to the side of her body. 

"What!" Tessa asked John, putting the knife back under her dress to not be seen. John stood there, just looking at the girl.
