16: Little Gem

The silence in the room is definitely deafening now. That sudden statement stabbed a vicious blow in both Karma and Jimin's chest, all the while Jungkook let's his head fall in utter desperation to the boy's sudden outburst.

This is not what he wanted.

They know his gem now, and they could use that as leverage over him.

He never wanted Yeosang to be in this position, ever.

Jungkook places a hand on his shoulder, "Kid, I told you to to stay hidden-"

"Well I'm done hiding!" Yeosang snaps back, making Jungkook slightly flinch back, "You nearly got killed! He swore to protect you and you nearly died! I can be a better damn bodyguard than whatever service he's providing!"

He's definitely pissed, Jungkook has never seen him this upset in his life.

Meanwhile Jimin leans his weight against the wall, pinching the bridge of his nose in utter frustration to this sudden surprise that they have to deal with.

Now there's a fucking child involved, so fantastic!

Yet that wasn't fully the reason why Jimin is frustrated. With just one simple look at this Gem kid only brings Jimin fatal memories, ones he wishes to erase permanently from his head.

When he was as young as he appears.

But unlike him, he had no one to rely to.

Only himself.

Karma still remains puzzled, but he takes matter in his own hands and glares at the kid, "You, shut up," and then looks at Jungkook, "You.... Oh, you have a lot of explaining to do."

The kid clearly didn't really like being told what to do, let alone to Jungkook because he bravely glares back at Karma with a snarl, "I'm not his real kid if that's what you're worried about, that's all you need to know. Now, can you both give me a fucking second with him without you practically planning my kidnapping and using it as leverage over Jungkook. Please leave, right now!"

Oh how stubborn Karma wanted to be. He wanted nothing more but to gut the kid's every bone or organs out and shove it down his throat for even raising his voice at him, but he suppressed his little psychotic urges because he caught the sight of Jungkook's face.

He has never seen him..... Like this.

Jungkook has been the type to always conceal his emotions; He's always indifferent about everything and anything in general. However, this, right now, he looks like he's seconds away from going through an actual mental break drown the longer this proceeds.

Karma hates seeing Jungkook look so fucking weak, it drives him insane.
