At first he didn't recognize her. Honestly. When he finally realized that this was in fact Y/N, he started blushing like crazy. Luckily his makeup hid most of it, but she did peak at his ears, which he just knew were shining bright red like lanterns.

«Hey,» he said, totally nailing the 'lets-pretend-I'm-not-dying-look' and smiling at her, in a kind of creepy way.

«Hey,» she answered and looked around.

«Sorry,» he said quickly. «I didn't recognize you for a second. You look beautiful.»

«Thanks,» she said, the compliment certainly hit hard in a gut wrenching kind of way. «Thank you for the VIP-ticket,» she quickly said, this was no time for feeling things.

«You're very welcome, Y/N.»

«Oh, you remember my name,» she said and smiled. Acting was becoming easier than she had feared.

«Of course,» he winked, and she giggled, feeling like an idiot, but still playing along. «Do you wanna meet the other guys?»

«Can I just hang out with you?» she said and he looked really surprised. Did that ruin his plans? Well, too bad, because this was the path she was taking. And yes, he did follow her lead.

«Sure,» he smiled and nodded towards what looked like a seating area. There were snacks, sofas and a coffee machine. «Do you want anything?»

«Coffee!» It slipped out so quickly that he couldn't help but laugh.

«This late at night? How do you fall asleep?»

«Hello, my name is Y/N and I'm addicted to caffeine.»

«Good to know.»

«Also I don't sleep much.»

«Oh.»

They spoke for a minute or two. Neither could recall what they actually said, it wasn't anything worth remembering. Cameras passed them, people were around, but nobody really heard what they said, they simply saw Seonghwa sitting in a sofa, across from an Atiny, being a kind idol.

«Could I have your phone number?» he finally asked.

«Oh!» she said, kind of surprised. She laughed a little at the stupid butterflies he luckily knew nothing of. «Yeah, I guess. Why?» Her smile was cheeky, and he couldn't help but return the smile.

«Because.»

«Okay,» she laughed. «Best reason ever.»

Having exchanged phone numbers Y/N really didn't know what was left to say, or do. So she got up, looking at Seonghwa who promptly did the same.

«Thank you for the ticket, I loved watching the concert from the VIP section,» she smiled. «I should let you go, I'm sure you have a lot to do.»

«I guess,» he said. «Security will show you the way out,» he nodded towards a guy standing further down the corridor.

«Thanks.» She looked at her feet for a second before finally asking: «Could I have a hug?»

«Yeah, of course!» He wrapped his arms around her back, a little closer than she was comfortable with, but of course she said nothing. In stead she tried to do what would be expected of her, she bravely kissed his cheek before leaving him there.

The kiss burned on his skin. He didn't do anything cheesy, like putting his hand over the mark, it wasn't even visible, but he felt it. When did any girl last kiss his cheek? He didn't even know. And here he was, watching her leave again. As soon as he realized his eyes had been following her down the entire corridor almost, he quickly turned and got on with what he had to do. He didn't exactly know what to do, but he couldn't be standing there like a fool if she turned to have a last glance at him. Why didn't she turn?
