Morgan burst into the common room. "Guess what?! I'm staying!"
"YES!" Ezra said happily.
Sabine, Kanaan, Zeb, and Hera stared at him for a moment then looked back at Morgan. The two teenagers hugged and then they went to eat candy, catch up.. Usual Ezra stuff mixed with Morgan stuff.
"They're so cute.. Morgan will move back in your cabin, Sabine," Hera said.
"That means I'll be training Ezra and Morgan now. Morgan I look forward to. Ezra? I dread how he'll prank me next," Kanaan said.
"You should be more worried about him wearing off on her," Zeb said.
Chopper beeped grumpily and felt unappreciated, like he usually felt. He rolled to check on Ezra and Morgan. They were laughing and eating candy on the roof of the Ghost. They watched the sky, pointing at clouds. Chopper sadly beeped and stopped beside Morgan.
Morgan frowned in sympathy and patted his head gently. "It's okay, Chop. I understand you."
Ezra was jealous of the lack of attention, so he began crying softly. He didn't need a reason to cry, after losing his parents and everything else that he's been through. Soon when he began, he got the desired result - attention.
Morgan squeezed his shoulder reassuringly. "It's okay, Ezra.. It's all in the past."
Chopper saw what Ezra was doing so it was his turn. He began beeping softly and rolling away.
Morgan frowned, not wanting him to feel unloved and unappreciated. "Chopper, come back.."
He stopped and rolled back slowly, stopping and turning several times. Ezra frowned when he reached Morgan and she patted him gently. It was on. Ezra cried harder and rested the side of his head on her shoulder. She stroked his hair slowly while holding his hand. Poor Morgan, oblivious to their attention contest, was only trying to reassure them. Suddenly, she sensed his insincerity and competitiveness. She stood up and frowned.
She glared down at the two nervous crew members. "I'm disappointed in you both.. Especially you, Ezra. I'm not a game, I'm your friend. I'm here to lean on if you're genuinely sad. That.. That was just.. Ugh," Morgan said.
She used the force to land on the ramp and stomped inside. Ezra and Chopper looked at each other, feeling kind of bad. Chopper shocked Ezra and Ezra kicked him. Not really the best welcome back present for Morgan.. Morgan ended up helping Sabine paint the ceiling with the force again.. How Morgan missed these good times - though she still was upset with Chopper and Ezra.
