"Sleep well little mortal, because the next time we meet again, this close--let's just say be prepared," The figure whispered in my ear, once I heard that I was pulled into sleep.
DREAM
I was walking around New York City, heading towards the park when a big portal appeared out of nowhere and big monsters came flying out of the portal with metal armour. Destroying everything in their path, people were screaming and running for their lives.
There was a small flying ship with a person on it, the figure reminded me of the figure that invaded my home. They had a horned helmet with green armour, they seemed to be the leader of the invasion.
He looked down at me and smirked, I backed up until my back was pushed against a wall. His smirk was devilish and scary -to say the least-, then he came closer on his flying ship. Once he was in front of me, he got off his ship and slowly walked towards me, when his face was inches from mine he smirked and said, "Hello... Pet,"
END DREAM
I woke up with sweat covering my face and my hands all shaky, I whipped the blanket off my body and looked around to find that I was laying on the couch.
"H-How did I get here?" I asked myself, then I remembered what happened; the figure, him breaking in, telling me that he is always watching me, calling me 'pet', then putting me on the couch and disappearing.
I got up from the couch and looked around, my apartment was exactly how it was the night before. I sighed and noticed that I was still wearing the clothes from last night too, I sighed again and went into my room to get changed.
I reached into my closet and notice that most --if not all-- of my clothes are different shades of green, gold, and black. I grabbed a green tank-top and black shorts, I walked into my bathroom and saw that I have dark circles under my eyes.
I guess today I should use more makeup than usual.
