15. For Real

Jake, Heeseung, Jay and Sunghoon speed up.

Jake decided to call Mrs Park. He doesn't know if Aerin is in school or at home.

He asked for Mrs Park's number just in case for times like this.

"Mrs Park? Do you know where Aerin is?" Jake asked and he could hear Mrs Park crying.

"Miss Aerin is at home, but she came home all wet, bruised and bleeding. She told me to leave the house, and when I did, she said 'thank you for everything'. I tried to open the door but I couldn't" she was crying heavily.

"Mrs Park i will be right there" he ended the call.

'I should have come sooner'

The guilt Jake felt made everything worse. He was praying and begging for Aerin to be okay.

'Just a few more minutes. I will be there, Aerin'  his hands gripped the bike handle tight.

He and the guys sped up even more.

When they reached, Jake flung out and ran to Mrs Park who was desperately crying while hitting the door with the axe.

'the hell did the axe come from. But good'

Hanee and the guys ran too.

"I will do it" Jake took the axe away from her. Hanee comforted her. Jake hit it as hard as could and it broke into pieces.

"Find her," Jake told them as he ran into the house.

They seperated, Hanee ran to the bedrooms.

She noticed that one of the doors was locked. She used her body to smash it. she kicked it.

The door opened a little. She noticed that there was something blocking the door, so she pushed as hard as he could.

"Urghh" she yelled as she pushed.

Heeseung came to help. They push together. As soon as the door opened, Hanee ran in.

Both of them ran to the bathroom.

'Damn' Hanee muttered as she kicked the bathroom door. This time, the door flung open.

She was surprised to see Aerin's motionless body, bloody water and mirror pieces on the floor.

"My god Aerin!" She ran to Aerin. Heeseung was shocked too.

"Sim Jaeyun!!" Heeseung yelled for Jake. Hanee switched off the running tap.

Jake came running like a mad man.

"Aerin!" he yelled as he came closer to the bathtub. He looked at the bloody water.

Aerin was motionless, a piece of glass in her hands, face bruised.

Jake carried her out of the water.

"No fuck no" he cried and he put her on her bed.

"Is she dead?" Jake cried and tapped her face.

Jay checked her pulse.

"There's still a pulse" Jay said and Jake cried even more.

"Thank god" he held her bloody arms.

"I'm sorry, i'm here now. I'm here" he hugged her again.

"Wait Jake we have to get her a doctor or something" Sunghoon said and Jake pulled away.

"Let's bring her home. Call a doctor to our house" Jake said.

"But it's a 55 minutes journey,'' Heeseung argued.

"She will be fine. Let's just bring her home. Eomma told me to" Jake hurriedly explained.
