Haneul looked down at her palms, trying to control her demeanor. Though just by hearing her name and her picture did make her hands tremble.

Jeno had taken her to his office. He insisted that she could be the one to help him lead his way to find Hyunjoo.

She chuckled at his words, "you're being delusional. There's no way she's alive. I killed her myself."

He sat on his chair, crossing the both of his arms. "Well then can you please elaborate how you killed her?"

Haneul looked away from him, her mind replaying that specific moment. It was horrific and frightful. She could still remember the look on her face that night, she was no better than herself.

"I shot her." She answered simply.

"Where?"

"That doesn't matter. What matters is I killed her, she can't be alive. She shouldn't."

Jeno sighed, "she's the prime suspect for Princess Jihye's death."

Haneul shook her head, still in denial of the fact that Son Hyunjoo was actually still alive. She has never been this agitated before. "Let me ask you one thing,"

Jeno raised an eyebrow, waiting for her to question him.

"You're really sure it's her?"

"Yes."

Haneul nodded her head as she pulled out her gun, pointing it towards his head. The guards behind her immediately reacted along with her, pointing their guns at her.

"I will help you," she said, eyes sharper than knife. "But I get to kill her myself."

Jeno debated for a while. The Queen might want to see her alive.

"Alright, but the Queen might want to see her alive first. After that you can kill her."

Haneul sighed, putting her gun down. "Deal."

"Come in,"

Jeno walked inside his brother's office to ask him a favor. There stood his brother, wearing his usual rifle green uniform, perfectly showing his badges and medal. His hair was styled to a comma hairstyle, displaying half of his forehead beautifully.

Lee Heeseung, the current general Major of the Royal Military Army. He was known for his specialty in making fundamental strategies for the armies.

"Oh, hyung. What brought you all the way here?" Heeseung asked.

The Neo Military Headquarters was located in the 10th district, so it was very easy for him to pay a visit because it was close to his headquarters.

Jeno sat on the sofa just across Heeseung's desk, looking at the decorations on the wall. "How's your job doing?"

Heeseung frowned. "What's gotten into you, brother? Are you sick?"

"No, no," Jeno chuckled lightly. "It's just that, Mark-hyung gave me a new task and I need to get into action. It's been a while since the last time I did so."

Heeseung understood what he meant. Being in the Intelligence section made him work on the Headquarters most of the times. All he needed to do was command other people to help him find and stick the information together. Just like puzzle pieces, all he needed to do was find them and put them back together to form a bigger picture.

On rare occasions however, when the case gets too serious or intricate, he can get into the action. This case was one of those rare chances. It's a once in a blue moon chance and he's not letting this case slip from the tips of his fingers.

Heeseung knew exactly his brother too well, Jeno wasn't the type to just pay him a friendly visit for no reason. After all, he was a busy man. "Alright, what can I help you with?"

"I need you to keep an eye on someone."

Heeseung cocked an eyebrow. It wasn't usual for his brother, who worked in the military as the General asked him for a favor to spy on someone else. "Isn't that your job?"

"Precisely, yes. But I still need the help from the army troops."

"Is it the murderer of the Princess?"

Jeno shook his head. "No. Jung Haneul, the executive of Noir Mafia."

Heeseung chuckled, looking at his brother with an unbelievable look on his face. "You want me to keep an eye on a mafioso—furthermore one of the executives? Brother, I'm pretty certain they have made a deal with Mark-hyung."

"I know. But something about her just bothers me even though we're working together for the time being. I'll have to notify Donghyuck to have the navies on full guard too."

Heeseung wasn't stupid—he knew that if Jeno dared to ask for the help of both the army and the navy, he must be facing something very alarming. A potential threat.

"You're working with someone as dangerous as her?"

"Yes, I made a deal with her," Jeno revealed. "I just need something from her. Notify me if you find any leads, okay? See you again soon, Heeseung."

Heeseung nodded, watching him leave his office.
