Nice to meet you.❞

The first class on the schedule for the day was History and [First Name] had already stopped trying to hold a conversation with the blonde boy since long before the teacher came in. She’d given up and decided to try her luck on striking up another conversation with him again later after figuring out more things to say. As a result, the atmosphere between them had become quite awkward as they ended up sitting there in silence to the point where she actually felt relieved upon seeing the teacher, who‘d just introduced herself as Aida Riko, finally entering the room.

“Now, if you haven’t heard about it already, we actually have a new student transfer in this class.” Aida informed after introducing herself. “So why don’t we let her introduce herself next, huh?” She asked, chuckling at all of the cheers she received in response. Really? Is she really that stupid or is she just that lazy to prefer pretending that the students actually want to get to know me and not to postpone the lesson? “Alright, alright. You heard them, [Last Name]-san. Now, stand up and introduce yourself, please.”

[First Name] stood up as requested and, with her eyes closed, took a deep breath to help her think clearer on the best way she should go about introducing herself.

Remember: I shouldn’t be too nice and I shouldn’t be too mean.

Once ready, she let the breath out and opened her eyes, followed by her mouth next.

Okay. I think I got this.

“My name is [Full Name]. . . and I can buy this school if I want to.” She smiled. But why is everyone else laughing and smiling, too? “But I don’t have to because I’ll own it either way. I’ll be here for a bit before coming back to Hyougo, so I was hoping we’d get along until then.” She bowed, both as formality and cue she’d finished.

“I hope we’ll get along, too!” Everyone else replied.

“What a charming introduction!” Aida added with a chuckle. “Don’t worry, I’ll make sure to remember that whenever I’m marking your sheets, [Last Name]-san. You may sit down now, [Last Name]-san. Alright. Next, let’s talk about the rules I have in my classes. . .”
