Author's Note (Announcement)

Hi everyone 👋🏽

I know I put this story on hold without any explanation, so I thought it was about time I owed that to you guys and also got some insight for the future of this story.

The last chapter I wrote and published for Aldrose was before my junior year of high school. This was the first year I ever took AP classes, so I was really busy. I only ever had time to write small snippets for either current stories I was working on or potential stories I'd write.

The summer after junior year, when I finally got back into full swing writing, a good friend of mine helped me to decide that I'd work on newer stories just as a refresher for getting back into writing before going back to my older stories. My writing style did have a drastic change and is nowhere similar to what you've read in this story.

This leads me to a question I'd like to ask you all. What or how would you like to me continue going about this story?:
1) Leave the story incomplete as it is right now + work on and publish an edited version with my newer writing style
2) Leave the story incomplete but give you guys a summary of how it was supposed to continue and end + work on and publish an edited version
3) Try to finish the story with my old writing style and then publish an edited version

(If you have questions about the options, feel free to ask :D)

I wanna get your guys' opinions because I'm not entirely sure what to do. I'm leaning either towards the first or second options because I don't want the story to be inconsistent in writing styles if I were to do the third option. There are also some plot holes that I'd like to fix in the edited version and some things in the original story that I'm considering changing, so comment under whichever option you think would be best and if you have any other suggestions, I'm more than open to those as well.
