I've been away
for three months,
no communication.
I ignored you,
at the start,
as a result of my frustration
but since then
I've been
under obligation
to look after myself
and resist
the temptation
to call and see
if you're waiting
for me -or-
if you're dating
like me.
I'm refraining
from anything
too restraining
because part of me
is saving
the hope
that you don't hate me.
