"That's creepy but at least I've got you, fearless hunter," Sam teased as he turned on the flashlight on his phone. Dean looked displeased with the comment and tried to think of a good comeback but none came to his mind. Plus the two had to focus on finding out what was down here, a festering smell suddenly filled the dark hallway and Dean wondered what in the world could smell that awful.

"Dude," Sam said. "I can feel how nervous you are, you want to knock it off?"

"Sorry if we're stuck in a dark hallway with a ton of spiders, a deadly creature, and a horrible smell!" Dean yelled. "Face it we are never getting out of here," Sam chuckled.

"It's one thing for me to be trapped with a bad boy, never really expected to be trapped with Shaggy," Sam said jokingly. "All we need now is a talking dog and this will be complete," right as he said that a growl mixed with a howl sounded from down the hallway. Sam turned his head to see if he could see anything but it was nearly impossible to see anything in the dark.

"Sam," Dean said once he noticed a pair of red eyes watching them. "I think it found us,"

"No sudden movements," Sam warned but the monster ran at them as Sam grabbed Dean's arm and the two took off down the hall. While Dean really didn't like running into cobwebs at the moment he felt that it was best to ignore the webs. The monster ran at them out of the corner of his eye, Sam noticed that it had been running on all fours with a disgusting face. Dean looked around as he ran and noticed that there was a door.

"Sam there!" Dean pointed out as the boys ducked into the room and slammed the wooden door shut, Dean leaned his back against the door as he could feel that the monster was somehow using its front paws..if they were paws to knock the door down. "Sam find something to block this thing from coming in! A wooden plank or something strong! I don't know how long I can keep this closed!" Sam looked around for something that could work but all he could see was a bunch of fireplace tools. He took notice of a large iron rod and used it to bolt down the door. The creature screamed an unholy scream and continued trying to breakthrough.

"Move away!" Sam commanded Dean. The hunter got out of the way and used a bunch of other things to block the door. "I don't know if that will hold it for long, where are we anyway?" He asked, looking around the room. The room was dimly lit with nearly burnt-out candles, tools were strewn on a nearby table as they were dirty or rusty. Next to the table sat a pedestal with a book opened to a page. They walked through the old room as Sam made his way over to a book. The page that it was turned to had been in Spanish, thankfully he could read it, Dean was taking notice of an old fireplace and around the fireplace, there were old bones.

"This is a classic witch's lair," Dean said.

"Actually, demons can have a lair like this too," Sam answered. "Hey Dean you might want to check this out," Dean walked over to the pedestal and saw what Sam meant. He was pointing at a page with a sketch of a reptilian creature no bigger than a dog with sharp teeth, big red eyes, and spikes down its back.

"Ugh it's horrid," Dean commented. He had seen a lot of disgusting creatures out there but this one definitely put all of them to shame. "Is that what I think it is?" He asked hoping he was wrong.

"It's a chupacabra," Sam answered. "And judging from the ingredients on the table and the bones, I think someone was summoning it," before Sam could continue he could feel hot breath down his neck. "Dude, can you stop breathing down my neck," Sam said.

"Umm, I'm over here," Dean reminded him, waving from the fireplace. Sam looked up and slowly turned, he came face to face with the chupacabra. It raised its arm and struck at Sam, Sam had attempted to block it but the monster had scratched him causing him to bleed. Sam cried out as he fell back.

"Sam!" Dean called out. He pulled out his gun and shot at the chupacabra all the while having to ignore the agony on his arm. The shot only managed to make the chupacabra angry but at least the bullet had managed to pull the creature's attention away from Sam. "I hate those alien eyes," Dean said as he shot the creature again this time in the face. It howled in pain and decided to make a break for it. But not before giving Dean a hateful glance, Dean forgot about the creature momentarily and rushed over to Sam. "Oh my god, Sam are you okay?" Dean exclaimed. Sam was fully conscious but his arm was bleeding and Dean could somehow feel the pain in his arm get worse when he checked Sam's arm. "Just stay awake okay, you're gonna be fine,"

"No my arm is bleeding and a monster attacked me of course I'm not okay," Sam responded. Dean dismissed Sam's sass and helped him stand up and had Sam wrap his injured arm on his shoulder. "Dean, I can walk," Sam argued.

"Shut up, I don't want to hear any protests," Dean responded. Walking out was a struggle and finding the door to get back was even harder, but eventually, Dean managed to bring Sam to the clinic. The doctor asked how the wound happened when she took a blood sample and began wrapping up Sam's arm.

"This injury is a bit strange to me, either of you want to tell me what happened?" She asked.

"Well..." Sam started.

"We got ambushed by a wolf," Dean lied. The doctor gave him a look suggesting that she didn't believe him but she didn't say push the subject any further.

"I see well you're quite lucky that the creature didn't cause more damage, a wound like this could rip apart nerves," she said. "I just need to take a blood sample and you're good to go, Mr. Wesson," she continued. Without warning, she pricked Sam's finger and placed the sample into a small vial. "Sorry about that be back in a bit," she walked out of the exam leaving the two boys alone.

"Attacked by a wolf? really Dean?" Sam asked. Dean shrugged and started messing with his arm since it was still hurting him. "What happened to your arm?"

"I don't know honestly, it hasn't stopped hurting since you got ganked," Dean responded. Sam took that information in and wondered how that was even possible; he had only ever heard that something like this was possible with twins. Come to think of it, haven't they been reading each other's minds a lot lately. It couldn't be, could it?

"Dean I think maybe..." Sam was cut off when the doctor came back in.

"Sorry to interrupt but Mr. Wesson, I must speak with you," she said with a warm smile. Sam hesitated briefly but left the room with her to see what she wanted to say. Dean on the other hand couldn't ignore the pain in his arm anymore and decided to take a look at it. To his surprise, he saw the exact same wound that Sam had on his arm. Overcome by surprise he fell backward as he came to a sudden realization. If he was feeling Sam's pain then there was only one explanation, they were brothers.
