Our Sweet Little Girl

Eric POV

When it was close to my husband's due date, like literally three days left before my husband gave birth, I noticed he wasn't feeling the greatest so I just left him to rest in our bed.

When dinner came around, Ace didn't want food and just laid in bed which made me feel worried that it was time. Around bed time, he just kept to himself and I watched the weather while keeping an eye on him. I heard it was gonna be a bad tropical storm but everything should be okay in the next couple days which to surprise, my husband was gonna give birth that day when the rain was gonna get worse and worse which we will find out what happens

Ace lays there and rubs his belly while trying to sleep. He sighs and snaps "can you fucking turn off the tv and go to bed already?!"

I frown and turn cry off the tv soon laying down in bed "sorry babe" I try to wrap my arm around his belly but he stops me

He pushes his hand away "just don't touch me!" He starts to sob loudly and hides his face "just leave me alone please"

After a while, I watch him sleep peacefully and go to bed myself. Around two in the morning, I wake up to not finding Ace in bed soon getting up "Ace?!"

Ace Pov:

I had got uncomfortable and got out of bed an hour ago while feeling so much pressure and cramps soon feeling my water break in the kitchen. I stayed in place for twenty minutes due to being scared and felt myself go into panic while crying. After a while I hear my husband run downstairs while calling my name. I come back into the world and cry "Eric!" I feel so many contractions

He runs over and looks at him "it's okay honey. Just relax and breathe....I'm gonna get the hospital bag and we can head out in a minute" he gets ready and gets everything into the car

I breathe deeply and stay calm while watching Eric get ready. When he comes back, I reach for him

We get to the hospital and the doctor checks me over soon confirming that our daughter was on her way. I jump when the rain hits the roof of the building hard

Eric rubs Ace's hand gently and kisses it "you okay?" He worries about him and smiles

I nod "yes the rain just scared me but I'm okay now. I'm so excited to meet our little girl soon but I hope you can help me through the pain

He smiles happily "I'm always here for you and I can't wait to hold our daughter.... My little princess"

I relax and lean my head back while relaxing. After four hours my labor stops which worries me but the doctor helps push the labor to start by giving me an IV to help induce the labor which stopped at two centimeters

Eric watches and rubs his husband's arm "come on baby.... Please come so mama and daddy can meet you"

After a few, I felt my contractions start up again soon breathing heavily "mmmm shit!  she's coming!" I cry and feel scared because I never had a baby before

He watches and rubs his face "it's okay sweetie, stop crying. I'm here for you and our princess" he kisses him deeply

I breathe through contractions and groan "coming faster" I grip Eric's hand tightly and look at him. My labor kept getting worse every hour and I kept hearing about how bad the rain was getting but tried concentrating on the contractions when the doctor told me I was five centimeters. I enjoyed when my husband helped me with the contractions and getting me anything I need when I felt thirsty or needed a cool rag because I was a sweaty mess

When it got closer to having our daughter, I squatted over the underpads and towels when I felt her get closer to coming. I watch a nurse check our daughter's heartbeat and kept calm during a contraction soon hearing the doctor talk to me calmly which she was giving me instructions to pushing
