𝓖𝓲𝓿𝓮 𝓜𝓮 𝓐 𝓡𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓸𝓷 𝓣𝓸 𝓛𝓲𝓿𝓮

After months of practice, they go their next concert and Eric was getting very sick every day. He starts with really bad chest pain, was coughing, getting dizzy, losing weight and shortness of breath. Even sex didn't feel good even though Paul wanted it. He cries a lot at home due to the pain. During a concert , he goes to get water and feels chest pain soon collapsing on stage

Paul hears it and hurries to him "Eric?! Babe!" He feels worried and sheds tears "no! Wake up!"

Gene calls an ambulance and stands there in worry while talking to the person on the phone. He hurries to check his pulse "it's very weak but he's breathing still"

Soon an ambulance comes and take Eric to the truck. Paul calms down the fans and tells them that the show is over for the night soon saying he's very sorry. They all close down the concert and Paul feels emotional because he's worried about his boyfriend. He sheds tears because he was confused of what was happening but he knew he should've had Eric go to the hospital last week when he wasn't feeling well during sex. He looks up when Gene talks to him

Gene puts away the guitars "if you need to go, then go Paul. We all know you're worried and that you want to be with him. We will handle everything here. Go to the hospital and focus on him"

Paul gets to the hospital and talks to a nurse to see Eric. They tell him that Eric is being tested to find out what is going on and that he needs to wait for the doctor to get him. After a few hours of sitting in the waiting room clearly feeling stressed, he sees the doctor walk over to get him. He talks to the doctor and finds out that Eric needs a big surgery to take a tumor off of his heart that was cancerous. He starts to cry and prays that the cancer wouldn't spread soon hearing the doctor say that they will do chemotherapy to attack the cancer but they weren't sure if he would survive because he was on stage four of it. They tell him that he could have three months the most to live if the chemo doesn't work fast enough. He sits in the waiting room for hours during Eric's surgery and talks to the band members on the phone. He knows Ace is there too and hears him sobbing loudly

After seven hours he wakes up to the doctor talking to him. He hears the doctor tell him that Eric is out of surgery and they started the treatment. He tries to listen and understand because he was beyond exhausted and stressed but wanted to see his boyfriend. After an hour, he gets to see Eric. After walking into the room, he saw how weak and sick Eric was. He looked almost lifeless and very weak from everything. After sitting near Eric and kissing his hands while rubbing them, he feels his boyfriend jump up in fear "Eric! It's okay babe! Calm down!"

Eric sees Paul and sobs loudly because he was in pain. He looks around and sobs hard "it hurts!"

Paul starts to cry loudly and hugs Eric "shhhh it's okay" he feels scared to tell him about the cancer. They both calm down soon and he rubs his face "babe I need to tell you something"

He sniffles and nods "what is it?" He rubs his face and kisses him deeply

Paul smiles happily and sheds tears "babe you went through surgery because they found a tumor on your heart. I'm sorry but you have cancer and you will be in worse pain due to chemotherapy" he shakes and feels scared that he might lose him

He covers his face and sobs hard "NO!" He feels fear and starts to panic

Paul holds him close in his arms and kisses his head "shhhh shhhh"

He feels like he was about to throw up and looks at him "I need a bowl!" He cover his mouth

Paul grabs a bowl near them and hands it to them "it's the chemo babe"

He throws up into the bowl and groans softly. He gets sick for a while and feels shaky from everything

After months of being in the hospital, Paul watches Eric get weaker and weaker everyday. He fears a lot and gets ready to say goodbye to him when the doctor drops the weeks to three weeks left for Eric

Eric wakes up again and looks at him. He weakly says to him "I wanted to marry you and have kids. I want to be yours until we die together"

Paul looks up and sniffles "I want that badly with you. I love you so much and want a lot with you" he kisses him and hugs him. He feels how fragile and skinny he was "I want the world with you"

He looks up when the others come in with gifts. They all get emotional when they see how weak Eric was. They all spend a few hours at the hospital with their buddy

Eric sheds tears and reaches for Paul for comfort when the doctor does more chemo treatment. He throws up more and sobs hard

Paul rubs his back and kisses his head "it's okay babe"

After he is done, he lays there and drinks some water. He relaxes and feels tired

Paul gets up on the bed and cuddles him for hours. He worries about his boyfriend and watches him sleep on his chest.
