When things were calm, I watched the doctor do a checkup on our daughter while Eric watched her. I knew he was excited to have our daughter here and he was so ready to be a dad
After a while, I watch Eric bathe Rain and admires him with how sweet he was to her. I hear him talk to her and comfort her when she kept crying. When he was done, I watched him dry her and wrap her in a blanket soon lifting her into his arms
Eric walks over while holding their daughter "doctor said she passed all of the test and she's super healthy. She has strong lungs too but I love her so much

I nod and smile happily "that's good and yes she has strong lungs but she gets that from us both. Wait until we get home and reality hits us both when she cries loudly at night."
He nods and gently hands her to his husband "she is definitely amazing already. Don't worry about working or anything because I'll take of you both. Baby rain will be very happy and loved by us both"
After a few days, we get home and I struggle with moving around and doing certain things due to being very sore from giving birth. I watch Eric lay Rain down for a nap and hear him talk to her
He smiles and puts on lullaby music which talking to their daughter "you will make all of the guys go crazy if you take after mama" he looks ups and sees Ace
I stand there more and feel super sore "hey love" I wince a little from the soreness "is she sleeping?"
He nods and walks over while closing the door soon gently having his husband leave the room to let Rain sleep "yes she is. What shall we do babe? I know you are sore and hate to see you moving around right now due to being sore. Let's have you relax at least"
I smile and nod "okay honey, let's go relax and watch a movie. Bedroom for that?" I wrap my arms around his neck
He nods "of course babe... let's go get you comfortable and we can watch a movie" he walks to the bedroom and has his husband lay down in bed soon starting a movie.
The movie was amazing but I ended up falling asleep with my head on my husband's chest while he rubs my head gently. After a few hours, I wake up in bed and hear our daughter crying loudly soon seeing Eric walk in with her "hey is she okay?"
He nods happily and walks over "she has a change so I think she wants to eat" he hands her to him gently and watches their daughter eat
I hold her and get her to nurse soon kissing her little head "she's so beautiful" I yawn and watch Eric sit next to me
He kisses him on the head "she is as beautiful as you, that's why. I don't know how but I got so lucky when I met you" he watches their daughter eat happily soon touching her little feet soon laughing when she kicked her legs a little
I watch her eat and kiss my husband "I don't know what I would do if you weren't here. This pregnancy was beyond amazing with you by my side and when our daughter came into this world, gosh it gave me more of a reason to be more in love with you"
He kisses his head again "yes and wow her delivery was crazy but beautiful. I never been so proud to be her dad and your husband"
After our daughter was done, I decided to burp her and smile when she cooed in my arms "wait until family meets her. I'm so happy we decided to have a baby"
He nods and watches Rain "she looks so much like you and it's adorable" he hums softly
I smile and kisses him deeply "better get miss Rain ready for bed soon" I notice our daughter getting tired. Soon we lay her down and give her kisses
A few days past and the others come by to meet the baby for the first time which all of them fell in love with her. The week was beautiful and beyond amazing with our daughter so we couldn't wait for more kids
