The SpaceMan's Surprised

Ace POV:

After a few weeks, I had felt like shit and the dizzy spells were getting worse everyday since I wasn't able to keep much food down. My stomach got swollen and I wasn't sure why but after going over what I thought it was before the concert, I decided to go get a pregnancy test from the store soon getting home. While Eric got ready, I went to the bathroom and took the test soon waiting to see if I was pregnant or not with our first baby. Wasn't sure if it was possible because of the birth control but it might be the case where we were expecting our baby. I grew impatient and excited to find out about the pregnancy.

After a while, I flipped over the test when Eric was knocking on the door to let me know that it's time to leave. I let him know that I was gonna be ready in a sec. I look at the test finally and gasp because it was positive! I was pregnant with our first baby and I needed to tell my husband. I hide the test for now and was gonna tell Eric about it before he went on stage. I was already ready for the concert so I was just locking up the house when we were ready out.

We both got to the concert and I watched Eric get ready for the concert. Just when it was about time, I go to him "Eric can we talk for a second...it's important"

He turns to Ace and smiles at him while holding his hands. He was about to answer when he got told to get on the stage which was annoying but he kissed his husband anyways and hurried onto the stage.

I was irritated and upset but stood there watching my husband for a while. I walked around in the back to keep myself distracted soon feeling very dizzy from not eating much which was gonna be an emergency happening soon. I paced for a few and felt my world go black when I finally passed out which it was when Mr.Big was on their third song

Eric was performing when his manager was waving at him in panic mode. When it was a solo he ran out back to his manager "hey what's up?"

Herbie looks up in panic "it's your husband Ace! He passed out and I had to have an emergency nurse come check on him. We need to cancel the concert"

He looks at him feeling alerted "shit! He worked on canceling the concert soon telling them that there was an emergency that came up. He runs to the back soon and sees Ace on the couch with a pillow behind his head. He looked very pale and weak which worried me because he has complained about dizziness but this was the first time he actually passed out.
After twenty minutes, we see Ace starting to wake up which the others moved out of the area to give me time with him to see how he was feeling

I open my eyes and groaned from the brightness of the light soon feeling a wet rag on my head. I look around and see my husband "E....Eric..." I felt weak still and felt him rub my head

He smiles happily and looks at him "hey how are you feeling sweetie?" He feels worried and frowns

I groan softly "doing a little better but I need to tell something....please this is important" I feel exhausted

He rubs his hands "of course! Tell me please" I kiss his head gently

I smile a little "I'm...I'm pregnant" I feel exhausted but excited to tell my husband the news

He feels excited and starts to cry loudly "are you serious?! We're having our first baby?!" He jumps in joy

I nod "yes I'm pregnant with our first munchkin finally. Think I might be almost two months which explains the symptoms that I was having with the cravings, morning sickness, weight gain, dizziness, exhaustion, drinking a lot of water, and the mood swings"

He cries more and hugs him more "oh my gosh!!!!! I'm gonna be a dad!" He yells loudly

I laugh and see the others come in to congratulate us. When we both got home, I just rested in bed because my husband wanted me to. I had to make a call to my doctor which I got an appointment for a checkup and I needed the birth control device removed immediately which was okay.

A few days passed and I grew tired even more but I had my first ultrasound today which I had to go to with Eric. When me and and my husband arrived to the ultrasound I had to deal with the doctor reaching into my private area to yank out the birth control device which I didn't like the feeling at all. When she got the device out, I felt better and soon we were about to see the baby for the first time. We got told I was about two months along which was amazing because I was doing really good with the pregnancy

The doctor does the ultrasound and shows them the ultrasound picture to them "the baby is doing amazing and you will be due on April 27th. The baby looks to to be exactly two months and he or she is already a good size. Will you guys find out the gender when the baby is ready to reveal the gender?"

I look at Eric and smile happily "what do you think love?" I look at our baby on the screen

Eric smiles at the idea "do you want to do a gender reveal? One of my friends can find out for us and we will find out on a certain day with the family?"

I fall in love with the idea and nods "yes I would love that honey.... Let's do that!!!!!"
