A few weeks later, Larry walks up to Travis looking angry and upset. He pushes Travis against the lockers pinning him down, looking like he's going to scream in his face. "I know what you did Phelps" Larry says sternly.
Travis just stares at him, not knowing what's wrong and says, "What did I do now?" Larry doesn't seem surprised that he's confused. "You kissed my best friend slash step brother." Travis's eyes widen, he stares into Larry's intense eyes saying, "I-I didn't mean to-" Larry cuts him off and says, "Oh yes you did! You did it on purpose, dumbass!" Travis gets a bit tensed up, then sees Sal walking towards them.
"What the hell is going on?" Sal says, grabs Larry's arm and pulling him away from Travis. Larry loosens up and replies, "Er... He kissed you!" Sal closes his eyes saying, "No, I kissed him first." Larry raises his eyebrows in shock. "B-but, he hates you...! He hurts you!" Sal looks up at Larry and hugs him saying, "Don't worry Larry. It's different now. He's changed." Larry didn't seem sure at first. He sighed, and left.
Sal looked up at Travis then hugged him. Travis puts him arms around Sal, and hugged him back. Travis then said, "Uh... Remember when we...made out...? Wasn't it... A bit.... Awkward..? " Sal started blushing, then looked down saying, "Oh... Yeah... Sorry about that..." Travis said, "No..! It's fine! Really." He smiled, assuring Sal that he was fine with it. Sal smiled back, though you couldn't see because of his prosthetic. "Do you want to," Sal said nervously, "hang out at my house after school?" Travis nodded his head and said, "Yeah, sure." Sal then when to his next class, as well as Travis.
