Part 25 I'm married
Khushi was shocked, hearing their proposal. Akash and NK are in love with her... this is not good. She has to stop them. Khushi saw NK going to Akash's cabin. She wondered. They both are in love with her. Yet, they are keeping their friendship unaffected. What a great quality...! they should not suffer because of her. She walked to Akash's cabin. They smiled at her pleasantly.
"I would like to talk to you guys," Khushi said.
"Khushi, please don't say anything without thinking..." Akash said.
NK looked at him shockingly. Did Akash also propose Khushi?
"There is nothing to think, Akash because I'm married" Khushi broke the egg without any second thought.
"Whaaaaat!" Both of them shouted.
"Yes..."
"You are lying" Akash said nodding NO.
"Delhi is my native. I came to Delhi after my marriage to be with my husband"
"If you are married, why didn't you tell us about it?" NK asked.
"I promised to my husband that I won't tell anyone about it"
"But why? " Akash asked.
"Sorry, Akash. I can't say that because it's a matter in between us"
Akash and NK gulped down.
"Still, if you guys don't believe my words, see this" she showed the mangal sutra that she was hiding in her suit.
Their shock was not estimated. NK stood shockingly whereas Akash's eyes welled up with tears.
"I'm sorry, friends. I want you to be my friends. I hope there won't be any changes in our friendship. If I would have don't anything that created such romantic ideas in your mind, forgive me." she said and left Akash's cabin.
Akash sat on the seat with a thud.
"Relax Akash..." NK said.
"What the hell is this...? I can't believe a girl like Khushi is facing such problems in her life"
"What can we do, Akash? Didn't Aman say Angels will go into the arms of the man who doesn't value her? That is what happening to Khushi"
"If that's the truth, I'm not going to be quiet"
"What do you mean? "
"Why should she hide the truth of her wedding? What does that mean? She is not happy in her life... she is not happy with her husband... then why would she live with her husband? Why should she tolerate him? No... she should not when I'm here who knows her values..."
"But, Khushi is not that kind Akash... did you forget what she answered in the interview about this job? She must be so fond of her husband. That's why she is bearing him..."
"She is bearing him because she has no other choice. But now, she has... she has me... she doesn't need to stand him anymore" Akash said furiously.
"I think we should help her if she needs"
Akash was silent.
"But, I don't think she would tell us her problem"
"Who the hell is her husband who does not recognize this angel?" Akash asked annoyed.
"I'm really feeling bad for Khushi," NK said.
Akash wiped his face with his handkerchief.
"We should tell this to Aman"
