Darkness surrounded you. You felt as if you were drowning in a dark ocean with an unknown force pulling you under the splashing waters. Unable to breathe you thrashed, your hands clawing at your neck. Your eyes felt heavy, your non-existent lungs burning from the lack of air. Fighting to keep yourself alive in the black ocean, you screamed for help but nothing came out.

Keep going. Breathe.

You fell under. Your eyelids closing.

"BREATHE!"

Your eyes shot open revealing you to be in a cylinder similar to the one you saw after waking up from the same darkness. Chest aching and heaving, you panted. You were surprised that a machine, such as yourself, could even feel the lack of breath. Your fanged muzzle hug slightly open, dragging in air. Your vision started to clear and as the black dots faded away you flinched when you were met with the worried face of Freddy.

He took a step back, allowing for the cylinders door to open creating a waft. You tried to take a steady step forward to try and show Freddy that you could fight him if he tried anything. However, that failed. Your leg wobbled before bucking and giving way. Falling forward, you prepared for the cement to bash in your face but you never met the floor. Instead you were met with a hard, yet soft, metal chest. Two warm paws held your shoulders, keeping you up. Glancing up your (e/c) eyes were met with his electric blue eyes.

Quickly, you pushed yourself onto your feet. Freddy held an arm out to support you. You gently pulled away. Looking away from him you stared at the floor you almost kissed and held yourself close trying to keep calm. "I apologize." you lifted your head, ears twitching at the sound of his voice. "I didn't intend on scaring you while you were resting. After the incident with Moondrop your systems overheated and you collapsed and I took you to parts and service to rest and as you were rebooting your system I heard you mumbling and I was worried." He scratched his neck, his face filled with emotions. But you didn't care, you didn't trust him even if he was so nice and saved your face. Taking your eyes off him you shrugged. He nodded. He was hurt at being rejected but he didn't push or bother you about it.

Tension built up in the room. As you both stood there, not uttering a word, you decided to analyze your surroundings. It was a small room filled with metal tables and tools. Oil splattered the plain cement floor and spear parts littered the corners of the room. A few endoskeletons stood decommissioned in the far side of the room, awaiting to be awoken like you once were.

"I'll leave." His heavy footsteps echoed around the small room. Trying to ignore his leaving presence you decided to look at where you were harmed by Sundrop. You would have not noticed it if it wasn't for where a clean butterfly band-aid was placed. There was practically no dent anymore. Where you had been hurt was biffed and painted over. Only a light bump was left.

"Did... Did you do this?" You asked, keeping your voice low not intending for Freddy to hear. Hearing every word, Freddy turned his head to you, his ears wiggling causing his single earing to follow the same motion. "Umm, yes. It's not great I know, but if I had informed a technician they would have shut you down and replaced your entire arm and it was my assumption that you didn't want to be shut down again and... Sorry." You gazed at him, questioning his intentions. "Why do you apologize?" You softly replied. He stuttered, "I-I... I don't know."

He fixed your injury, but why. Was he leading you into a false sense of safety, was he trying to trap you? You didn't know. But still overthinking his kindness you managed to mumble, "Thank you." Giving you a polite smile he motioned his head towards two red doors that sat atop metal stairs.

Is anything in this place not metal?

"Come (Y/N), the show is to start shortly and I believe its your first time playing."

Deep breaths girl. Your fine. You'll be okay.

Your grip on your wooden drum sticks tightened. Again you felt breathless with that pain from before starting to ignite in your head again. You attempted to breathe to calm your nerves but it only made the pain worse.

Relax, relax.

You shut your eyes taking in a big gulp when a rough had touched your shoulder. Looking at who held your shoulder your eyes met with Monty's. He had a confident but reassuring smirk on his face. "You'll do great kid. Not as great as me but you'll make it." Taking in a puff of air you nodded at him trying to seem confident. Once he nodded and looked away you sighed.

Let's do this.

Relaxing your fingers, your drum sticks sat more comfortably in your paws. Your body shuffled as the floor beneath you rumbled to life. Beside you Monty placed his shades over his eyes and held his bass guitar, Foxy brushed her hair with her claw holding her keytar close, Chica tapped her foot to the beet tapping her fingers on the side of her guitar, and upfront Freddy had a confident look in his eyes with his grip tight around the microphone. In sync everyone looked up as the ceiling above opened, blinding them all in bright neon light. Children screams and cheers mixed with the background music. You closed your eyes, letting your systems relax at the noise of happy children. Feeling that stabbing pain in your head fade away, you gazed up at the bright lights letting them engulf your form.

Time to be legendary.
