We got a call today from the Institute. Someone has spread this virus that is causing all Telepaths to fall ill. This is a huge issue. Who would want to do this? Who's that insane? This virus could kill them all. That seems to be the goal. Who'd want to though? They're a necessary part of the mutant population. Luckily they're being treated and the healing is going just fine. The virus is being examined. It's known as "screech". It emits high frequencies that boggles the minds of Telepaths and causes them to run deathly high fevers. The virus has been destroyed. The fevers have gone down tremendously.
Three weeks later,
All the Telepaths are clear of the disease and their fevers are gone. That's good news and a giant relief. We got lucky this time. Next time, we won't be so lucky. It was a close call. We almost lost Xavier and the rest of the Telepaths.
