Dane got in a super bad accident today. He was rolled straight out to the nearest hospital. Monique soon heard. She is crushed. She sped to the hospital as fast as she could. I feel sorry for her. How his accident happened, no one knows. She is forced out of his room when she gets there. "No visitors Miss," one of the men tells her, "he's not up for it." "He's my husband!" Monique cries. "I've got to see him." "No can do Miss," said the other man, "I'm sorry." Monique is a wreck. She finally gives up and comes home. I come and console my best friend. I can see that she's suffering. I feel super sorry for her. This must be really hard for her. I know it would be hard for me if Erico got hurt like that. I know it was hard for mom when dad got hurt. She's in tears. I comfort her the best I can. I'm hurting for her. It's the motto of the best friend: 'when one of us hurts, both of us hurt when one of us is in pain, both of us are in pain and when one of us is happy, both of us are happy.' It's a rule we live by especially at a time like this. All I can is that I'm sorry.
