Hello. My name is Renei Smithfield. I run the Smithfield Institute for the Arts. None of my fellow educators know my dark little secret. I'm a mutant. If Emma Frost could get away with being both a teacher and mutant, so can I. I come over and teach art at SOAR or Xavier's on a revolving weekend basis. SOAR one weekend; Xavier the next. The children love me especially the ones Kitty's age. She's such an artistic girl. I teach her art at the Institute. She's fun. All the students love my class minus the fact that Spyke sleeps through every class and I have to end up telling his aunt. I know that she'll punish him accordingly and definitely better than I can. I love working with these children. They're my livelihood and being the only mutant teacher at the school (at least, that I know of) they're also a part of me. We are all mutants. We are all one big family even if our powers are nothing alike.
