Shreya!!!
"I thought we are on a date here" .Shreya exasperated.
"Yes! Technically we are". Sidharth stated irritated.
"Seems like that but does not feel so". Shreya told agitated.
"And what does it take so to make a date other than a romantic setup ,a candle light lavish dinner of our choice, a beautiful, hot sexy girl friend and super hot and handsome boyfriend on opposite side of yours"? Sidharth asked with a chuckle.
"You don't leave a single chance to praise and boast your self Sidharth! Right!! So self obsessed you are". Asked Shreya.
"That's called self confidence darling and wittiness not self obsession". And you love this thing about me. Don't you?? He argued smiling.
"Not Again .Leave it ,whom I am talking to ,the one who never leave an argument incomplete till he makes other person surrender themselves". Spoke Shreya.
" That's called presence of mind Sweetheart not argument".
"And yeah dinner is not of our choice as you stated you did not asked me before ordering rather after ordering you just intimated me. How highly unromantic". Shreya told plainly.
"But you like Italian and continental food...and I have always been like this..you never complained earlier, Then what is different today...You are in bad and miffed mood today??..Rather from past few days that's why we planned this dinner date as we both were keeping busy in day time cause of office and other work. And I was totally occupied in Visa Interview and stamping process darling .It's for us baby .If you want we can order more food or change the order.. That's not the problem. Or are you on your cycles??" Sidharth asked concerned rubbing her thumbs on her palm.
"Thanks for the concern Sidharth but I am not on my periods. It's just I was not in mood to eat anything ..I am worried and stressed and not hungry".
"Worried for what"?
"DO you love me Sidharth"?
" I guess so!! Yes! I do!"
"Then how can you ask why I am worried...You don't love me enough to understand what's bothering me..Why I am in not good mood from last few days and needed to talk to you.. Can't you see and understand". Shreya asked sadly.
"And how do you do that Shreya..By reading one's mind or by some supernatural power. Sorry darling I am not master in that".
"Oh please! You should have mastery in that ..You are working at the top most hierarchy of your vertical currently. You definitely know how to read people's mind ..It's only me whom u can not understand. Moreover you need to peep into people's heart and not mind to understand your loved ones.I am not your client ,your subordinate or your colleague anymore ..I am your prospective life partner which I am not sure of". Shreya said dejectedly.
"Enough of this Shreya. Come on point. I am a straight forward person ..Clear as real and expect same from you so stop complicating the things and no need to drag in my job here..we are not at our work place damn it!!!Oh..Wait wait..Now I can relate to it where this is coming from..It all started when I switched the company this month Right??..So are you insecure and jealous from me actually "?
There was utter silence for few seconds on the table until Shreya took her sling bag and was about to stand up.
"Are you a women who just give up on herself with such weak example of walking out between the conversation Shreya".
