"Mother, this is Meg. My fiancee" said Chad.
"So nice to finally meet you. And aren't you a vision" said his mother.
"Oh. Thanks, Mrs Chadwick" said Meg.
"I'm so glad you could make it. And you'll be happy to know that you'll be staying here while my son is at his stag party" said Mrs Chadwick.
"What is a stag party?" said Meg.
"It's how English people say bachelor party" said Chad.
"Yeah. We decided to have Chad's tonight" said Jeremy.
"That's interesting. Are you guys gonna perform?" said Meg.
"Probably. It's really good of you to take care of Meg while we're gone, Alice" said Jeremy.
"Oh, it's my pleasure, Jeremy dear" said Chad's mother.
"I think you were right about how nice your parents are, Chad" said Meg.
"Yes he was. On your way now, boys. Mustn't be late for the party" said Alice.
"Of course. Thanks again, mother" said Chad.

"So things were turned around from there?" said Murray.
"Well... not exactly" said Chad.
"What do you mean not exactly?" said Paul.
"Things went back to where they were at my stag party" said Chad.
"What happened there?" said John.

At Chad's bachelor party, Jeremy was drinking grasshoppers.
And then he stood up to make a speech.
"I am so happy that my best friend Chad is getting married. I've always admired his fiancee. And I've also admired the man himself. Not everyone can get divorced and have the guts to move on" he slurred.
"Are you drunk, Jeremy?" said Chad.
"What are you talking about, lad? No, I'm not drunk" said Jeremy.
"You sound drunk" said Chad.
"I had three little grasshoppers" said Jeremy.
Then he continued to make his speech.
"By golly, the divorce was something. Especially after everything that happened. His ex-wife loved him so much. So much, she was threatening him and breaking his heart constantly!" he shouted.
"Jeremy, that's enough" said Chad.
"Enough of what? Of the story that led to you meeting Meg?" Jeremy slurred.
"Jeremy, I said that's enough. And you ARE drunk" said Chad.
